They are many deserving teams but these are my picks.</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Plaquemine</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Plaquemine Green Devils are a very talented team led by senior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='668570' first='Madison' last='Mitchell']. Madison is a very good shooter from all three levels and a excellent ball handler. Some other key players are senior forward Latyrian Perkins, senior guard Orielle Jackson, and senior center Maniya King. The Green Devils lost in the 1st round of the playoffs last season. They are a very experienced battle tested team who should make a deeper run this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Breaux Bridge </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Breaux Bridge Tigers are a very talented team led by guard Jaylen Stevens who averaged 14 points and 7 steals a game last season. Another very good player is forward Kaydence Nicholas who averaged over 9 points a game last season. Some other key players are junior guard Shannon Champagne and senior forward Jakalya Alexander. The Tigers lost in the 1st round of the playoffs last season. They are led by sophomore guard Neariah Garnette 13 points per game and senior guard Lauren Cazabat 9 points per game. Some other key players are senior guard Arieonia Ebbs 7 points per game and sophomore forward [player_tooltip player_id='1123039' first='Samaria' last='Berry'] 8 points per game. They are led by senior forward Antanasia Armstrong, senior shooting guard Jameiah Peoples, senior shooting guard Mariah Heard , and junior center [player_tooltip player_id='654988' first='Alana' last='Myles'].
