First Team All-D3 has a whole lot of game, and Windsor comes in with a tough big 3 to round it out. Don't sleep on these high-level hoopers!

[player_tooltip player_id='649629' first='Caitlyn' last='Davison'], 5'9 G - Hazen H.S. Class of 2024

Not only a top player in D3, Davison is a top player in the state. Caitlyn's combo-guard touch comes with an aggressive 3-level scoring package and constant activity on both ends. She's a tough, physical slasher who finishes well inside and gets to the FT line often for easy points. Plus, she's a strong shooter from deep, and once the D is scrambling to rotate, it's a wrap. High-IQ defensively with a strong pursuit of the ball, Caitlyn is impactful on the glass, going for 50/50s, and she holds it down on the perimeter defending 1-3. So tough.

[player_tooltip player_id='496099' first='Audrey' last='Rupp'], 5'7 G - Windsor H.S. Class of 2025

Rupp is a swiss-army knife at the combo-guard position. Audrey competes as hard as anyone, taking on tough defensive matchups, applying rugged on-ball pressure, and rotating crisply in both help and recovery situations. Offensively, Audrey's work off the ball stands out; she cuts hard, sets smart screens, and relocates intuitively. She scores efficiently off the catch at all levels, and with the ball in her hands, she sees the floor well. Rupp makes good reads and acts quickly, giving the D little time to reset. A sharp two-way player.

[player_tooltip player_id='496193' first='Sophia' last='Rockwood'], 5'8 G - Windsor H.S. Class of 2025

A hearty competitor with a savvy skillset, Sophia brings a whole lot to the table. Rockwood's a natural facilitator and playmaker who can knock down looks at each level, feed teammates, and create mismatches. Furthermore, she's a crafty off-ball mover who can cut up a defense that way. Defensively, Sophia's aggression on the rock is difficult to manage, and away from it she's a safety lurking for steals and loose balls. Rockwood's a fierce competitor with a sharp toolkit.

[player_tooltip player_id='649623' first='Addison' last='Cadwell'], 5'10 G/W - Thetford Academy Class of 2024

Cadwell has this point-forward flavor; she's a natural distributor in transition or the halfcourt yet she has a strong frame that allows her to battle inside too. Addi's facilitation is key to the Thetford cause, yet she can drive it or post up and create offense within the second layer for herself + others. Moreover, she uses her muscle well to box out, clean the glass, capture 50/50s, and then push from there. A versatile player whose game is still growing.

[player_tooltip player_id='446539' first='Sydney' last='Perry'], 6'0 F - Windsor H.S. Class of 2024

Likely the most dominant forward in VT, Sydney is a force inside. Perry's presence around the post is unrivaled; she has tough go-to moves, counters, and a knack for hitting cutters + spot-up shooters. Plus, her pursuit is relentless as she claws for boards and second chance buckets. A strong screener and roller in the pnr, Perry is impactful in a lot of ways offensively. Moreover, she clamps down the paint on D with her strong rim protection, communication, and rebounding. A quick outlet and she's running the floor. No quit in Syd.
