– Standing 6-foot-4, Kira is definitely one of the taller prospects in Indiana, which certainly helps her with rim protection. However, her athleticism and mobility allow her to change sides of the floor quickly, coming from “help side” to aid teammates. The Purdue University commit is averaging 4.4 blocks through seven games, to go along with 16.7 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.

– Faith is another “skyscraper” in Indiana high school hoops, plus like Reynolds (above), she has the length and mobility to cover ground rather quickly. She has always been a shot-blocker and should push the 300-level plateau for career blocks later in the year. On the season, the Indiana University commit is averaging 3.9 blocks, 19.4 points, and 12.1 rebounds per game.

– Jillian is an interesting entry on this list, because she is the only prospect under 6-feet tall. She is a nice athlete, however, and she is already in her second year as a primetime performer for the Lady Eagles. So far, she has helped them to a 6-3 start to the year after winning just six games a season ago. She is averaging 3.8 blocks, 17.8 points, and 9.6 rebounds per game.

Hammond Morton | 2024

, 2024, 6-0 C, Hammond Morton H.S.
– Layla is a new name to me, and she has started her Senior year at Morton strong, averaging 3.6 blocked shots per game, to go along with 7.9 points and 7.1 rebounds per game (3.0 of them offensive). She has contributed to a 5-4 start, and the Governors haven’t won 10 games since the 2017-2018 season. I look forward to seeing Layla in action in the near future.

– I’ve still only been able to see Hannah on film each year, but I’ve been a big fan of what I’ve seen. She is extremely long, fluid, and she works hard at both ends of the floor. She is averaging a career-best 3.6 blocked shots per game so far this year, plus she is coming off of a Sophomore season in which she was a double-double performer most nights.
