Mira McCool is the leader on what is a very good Homewood team. McCool lead the charge with 14 points, 10 boards, and 5 blocks. McCool imposed her will on the game on both sides of the floor. the 6’3 center is a force to be reckoned with.

Kayla Warren

Kayla Warren is a stretch forward who relies more on her outside shot than her interior game. Warren finished the game with 12 points including a couple of shots from deep. Warren also had a significant impact on the defensive end where she came up with 5 steals.

is a shooter. Robinson helps space the floor for the Patriots which allows McCool to really dominate the interior. Robinson finished with 12 points to help move Homewood past Northridge.

has an early case as the most dominate player in the state. Vestavia beat Hartselle 68 to 48. Gordon had 38 points alone. We’re early in the season and this is Gordon’s 3rd 30+ point performance. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that Gordon had 8 steals to go along with her 38 piece.
