Morgan Wadsworth Morgan Wadsworth 5’8″ | SG Ahoskie Christian | 2024 NC has started the season on fire for Ahoskie Christian High School. She is scoring 37 points per game while shooting over 52% from the floor. In each game, Wadsworth has scored in a variety of ways. She is attacking in transition, she is earning points from the free throw line, and she can drain the outside shot. Wadsworth is also a dynamic player who keeps everyone involved on her team. She passes to open teammates, and she is an elite defender averaging 9 steals and over 6 rebounds per contest. 

Emerson Thompson Emerson Thompson 5’9″ | CG Falls Lake Academy | 2024 State NC is having a spectacular senior year at Falls Lake High School. She is currently averaging over 28 points and 18 rebounds per game. Thompson is scoring at will for the Firebirds in 2023-2023, and she is making great decisions for her team. When Thompson is double-teamed, she has spectacular court vision. She passes to her teammates on time and on target. This year, Thompson is averaging over 7 assists per game for her team. 

Zamaria Mellette is having a special start to her sophomore season. Haddock is an unselfish player who is willing to make the best play for her team at all times. She is currently leading the state in assists per game. Haddock is passing for over 7 assists per night. On defense, she is a lockdown defender. She pressures the basketball and creates multiple scoring opportunities for her squad each game. Haddock is a glue player that does whatever it takes for her team to win the game. 

Samrita Sriram Samrita Sriram 5’6″ | PG Triangle Math & Science | 2024 NC is a talented senior guard at Triangle Math and Science Academy in Apex. She is scoring over 20 points per night while connecting on over 58% of her shots from the floor and 60% of her shots from behind the three-point line. Sriram is a great athlete who has a high basketball IQ. She can handle the basketball through any defense, and she can weave to the hoop and score – or dish – for her team. In any game, Sriram will collect stats in points, rebounds, steals, and assists.
