KC Suburban Conference Gold

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri continues its preseason previews with a look at the Greater Kansas City Suburban Conference Gold Division. It should be a well-balanced league race with Liberty North bringing back a host of talented players to the fold. Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit West, Blue Springs South and Raymore-Peculiar also have excellent players to build around

Kendall Puryear Kendall Puryear 6'2" | PF Blue Springs South | 2024 State MO (Blue Springs South): The 6’2 2024 Purdue recruit returns as one of the top post players in the state. K.P. averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds a game last season.

Kennedy Herrig Kennedy Herrig 5'10" | SG Liberty North | 2024 State MO (Liberty North): A 5’10 2024 guard who excels as a scorer and facilitator. The Western Illinois recruit averaged 12 points, four rebounds and two steals last season.

Sophie Terry Sophie Terry 6'0" | SG Raymore-PeculiarPeculiar | 2026 State MO (Raymore-Peculiar): A talented 6’0 2026 wing player who can score and set up her teammates with her playmaking. She averaged eight points, three rebounds and four assists as a freshman.

Jayla Cornelius Jayla Cornelius 5'7" | CG Blue Springs | 2024 State MO (Blue Springs): A 2024 guard who knows how to stuff the stat sheet. She averaged 15 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals last season.

Alex Keister Alex Keister 5'9" | PG Lee's Summit West | 2026 State MO (Lee’s Summit West): A 5’9 2024 point guard who had a productive freshman campaign, where she averaged seven points, two rebounds and two assists a game last season.
