Good-sized guard, with great three-level scoring ability. Shoots it well from long range. Does a good job of using pull-ups off the dribble to get to her midrange. Shows great touch around the rim, displaying her skill and ability to finish over defenders with floaters from either direction. Good handle off the bounce, which allows her to get downhill to create for herself and teammates when needed.

A 5’8 guard who plays the game in an old school manner as she goes at her own pace. She handles and passes the ball well. She gets into the lane well with her crossover move and she can score with either hand. She can also shoot it well from 3-point range.

I’ll be in to see several of Missouri Phenom ‘s team throughout this weekend competing in Chicago in one way or another. A prospect that I’m going to look out for from their 17U EYCL team is guard, Julia Wegener Julia Wegener 5'9" | PG Blue Springs | 2027 State MO . On video, Wegener looks to play her role to a T and dominate in anything she is doing. She is competing up two age levels and she still seems to yield positive results, no matter of the competition level that she is matching up against. This program has some impressive recruits so I can’t wait to see what they do as a whole throughout the weekend. They always seems to bring a big audience so I’m sure it’ll be nothing short of amazing.
