The Buckeye Division will be led by Perrysburg and Anthony Wayne, both expected to contend and make a run in the postseason. In the Cardinal, watch for Springfield and Fremont Ross to battle it out for the league title.
5 Players to Watch:
One of the top 10 players in Ohio in her class, Elite is a fantastic all around threat for AW, able to score on you in all three phases of the game. She possesses good handles and controls the game well. Solid defender and a playmaker for her team. (feature photo above)
The University of Toledo commit is another player who looks to lead her team to contention in the conference. Destiny is a solid, athletic player with a good skillset, good court vision and is able to make plays happen for her team. Solid athletic kid who is able to create plays for her team. Ready for a big senior year as she is ranked in the top 15 in the 2024 class.
Her game has improved and she heads into her junior season ready to enjoy a good year with Perrysburg. She has good active hands defensively and can pressure the ball to force mistakes. Can connect from long-range with deep three ablity. Also active around the rim and able to create opportunities.

Gretchen Sigman
Gretchen is a volleyball commit to Cincinnati, and is a super atheltic forward who is a defensive force in the paint. Very physically strong around the rim and quick into transition. She does have range, can step out to midrange and knock them down. Helped lead her team to the Elite 8 in 2022. A player who make an impact this season!
Sidney is a commit to Tiffin and is a prolific shooter from anywhere including from behind the arc. Has developed her midrange over the summer and showed an abiity to beat you and score from inside or out. Able to finish well with both hands at the rim and is an unselfish player who can make the extra pass. With the ball in her hands, she does a good job on the pick-and-roll.
