SubscribeSloane is a talented guard from St. Thomas More in South Dakota who stood out as a diverse scorer and intelligent point guard. Her basketball IQ shines through in her offensive approach, where she consistently find ways to create shots for herselves or others. She orchestrates an offense with ease and had her group organized all game long. Consistently making the “right” pass, she is a low turnover player who keeps defenses on their toes as she keeps the ball and herself moving within the offense. She is a tough finisher and plays with great confidence!
Tegan is an impressive guard from Mobridge-Pollack, SD, and stood out with impressive 3-point shooting consistency and an overall impressive balanced game. Demonstrating remarkable accuracy and confidence, she stretched defenses all day long and made a significant impact from beyond the arc. She is a consistent scoring option both in catching and shooting, and creating off the dribble. On defense, she showed off some of the best on-ball defensive abilities at the combine. Rounding out her game was her intangibles. She was a consistent communicator and excellent teammate all day long. She was one of my biggest stock-risers on the day!
Isabella is a smooth lefty from Milbank, SD who has a ton of skill and plays with a great motor! She had some of the most impressive reaction time at the combine in her ability to use her fast-twitch abilities to blow by defenders and be able to read the floor to get in position on time defensively. On the offensive end Isabella was one of the most efficient scorers in preparing to shoot the basketball. An undervalued skill she understands the importance of having her hands and feet ready to score. She showed off an excellent step-through move and made tough finishes all day long. In the transition game she has no fear and has no issues with playing fast!
Whitney is a game-changing gaurd from Bismarck Legacy high school in North Dakota. She had an excellent combine and showed off her advanced offensive game as well as her overall ability on both ends. She was fantastic in transition, running the floor all game and getting to spots to get up an open shot or get to the rim for a layup. She has a very quick release and shows great consistency on her jump shooting. Her natural ability to glide to the rim makes her an efficient scorer on the drive and she has great body control when finishing around defenders. Whitney is a really talented guard that looks like she will take her game beyond the high school level!
Highlights
Aubrie is an athletic G/F from Sioux Falls Christian in SD who had a really great showing at the combine. She had one of the most complete games at the event and has a really solid all-around game. Her movement without the basketball was stellar and she found herself open within a motion offense all day long. Her release on her shot is smooth and she demonstrated the ability to both catch and shoot, as well as knock down jumpers off the dribble. On defense she shows great lateral movement, a high IQ, and an innate ability to position herself in spots to slow down the offense. Stock is up on Aubrie!

Addisyn joined the Top 250 Expo in the Dakotas from Custer, Montana. She showed off her high work ethic all day long and was one of the hardest working athletes in the event. Her game is developing and you can see a lot of potential in this young lady. She took smart shots, moved well on offense, and didn’t force the issue offensively. She was encouraging, ran the floor hard, and took advantage of the minutes she had on the court. Big time guts for this kid to travel across the state and show off her skills at the Dakotas Top 250 Expo! Look for big things out of Addisyn this winter at Custer High School in Montana as she enters her senior year!
One of my MVP’s on the day Scotti has a lot to get the state of North Dakota excited about! She showed off a smooth jumper and had one of the greatest abilities to elevate to finish over the defense at the event. Her first step to the basket is explosive and purposeful and she has great length to finish above or around defenders at the basket. An excellent array of finishing moves includes a very effective euro-step which she showed off throughout the day in transition. She has excellent length which allows her to alter shots on the defensive end and do a really nice job containing ball handlers as well. This kid has the total package and looks destined to be a high-quality athlete beyond her high school years at South Prairie High School!
Caitlyn is an aggressive forward out of Baltic, SD who has a ton of potential and a lot of things going well for her. She has a nice back to the basket game and capitalizes on post touches. Physicality is a big piece of her game on both ends and she uses her body well to position herself for rebound opportunities. She is a physical screener as well and does a nice job creating openings for her teammates. Her IQ shows in her ability to decide when to score off the catch in the paint or sense the help coming down and kick it to a teammate for an open shot.
Madison was one of the most impressive post players at the combine and showed off a complete game on both ends of the floor. A physical post presence from Brandon Valley, SD she does an excellent job playing both inside and out. If you leave her open she is capable of stepping out and knocking down jump shots and if you let her get you posted up deep towards the basket, it’s pretty much over for the defense. Patient footwork, movement without the ball, and soft touch around the rim make her an effective scorer on paint touches. On defense she rebounds hard, locks down the paint, and anticipates needing to help well. Great performance from Madison on the day!
Finley is a high energy guard from Rapid City Stevens in SD and showed off her intense game at the Top 250 Expo. She is a confident shooter and makes the defense honor her scoring ability both on the catch and shoot and off of the drive as well. Attacking the basket was a strength she showed off and she had some of the best tough finishes at the event. She is an active defender capable of snagging multiple steals per game and making life tough for opposing guards. In transition she makes great reads understanding when to take it herself and score or set up a teammate.
