Here are the No. 6-10 senior prospects at the PG position in NJ.
No. 6: Zahra Alexander Zahra Alexander 5'9" | PG Rutgers Prep | 2024 State NJ – Rutgers Prep (No. 22 overall)
After a dip in production as a sophomore, Alexander picked things up well as a junior for Rutgers Prep. You could sense watching her during the season that she came into it more confident, more prepared and more energized because we saw a much more aggressive defensive player, someone willing to dish the ball off to teammates, and much more of a leader within a team of superstar talent. She’s one of the best on-ball defenders in the entire state and can clamp just about anyone put on her during a game.
No. 7: Eli Clark Eli Clark 5'8" | PG Ocean Township | 2024 State NJ – Ocean Township (No. 28 overall)
We’re really running out of things to say about just how good Eli Clark Eli Clark 5'8" | PG Ocean Township | 2024 State NJ has been for Ocean Township over the past three seasons, hitting her peak so far in high school as a junior. She’s certainly peaking at the right time as the future Division I prospect put it all together for a breakout campaign with the Trojans, showing off her leadership skills at the top of the key. Her skillset was what set in motion a sectional final run for Ocean Township, and her presence is what makes them a state title threat once again.
No. 8: Nina Emnace Nina Emnace 5'6" | PG Trinity Hall | 2024 State NJ – Trinity Hall (No. 31 overall)
There was going to a time where Nina Emnace Nina Emnace 5'6" | PG Trinity Hall | 2024 State NJ got her shot and broke out in a big way, and she got that as a junior, averaging nearly 20 points a game while showing off her range consistently as a shooter. Trinity Hall has utilized her well, and she’s grown into a superstar talent that is now one who’s much more aggressive defensively and on the boards, and has gotten her teammates much more involved as a great passer. The stars are aligning as she’s rounding out her game, becoming a well-balanced and multi-talented guard.
No. 9: Harper Felch Harper Felch 5'9" | PG Morris Tech | 2024 State NJ – Morris Tech (No. 36 overall)
What a delight it has been to watch Felch play for Morris Tech over the past three years, a member of the 1000 point club and a player that’s really found her stride as a facilitator on the floor. We know the scoring, we know the defense, especially after what she’s displayed from her junior season onward, but many can’t teach passing, especially at the high rate that she’s been executing at. Precision is so important with this, and Felch has stepped her game up to that elite level where precision is flawless.
No. 10: Kahmiyah Napier Kahmiyah Napier PG Newark Eastside | 2024 State NJ – Newark East Side (No. 47 overall)
If you’re looking for a guard that can do it all on the floor, a guard that can get dirty down low, but someone who can make it rain from three and everything in-between, Napier is the kind of player you’re going to love. She’s had so much transformation in her game, but continues to execute at a high level in all phases of the game, bringing with her a swagger and confidence unrivaled by many. Under that is plenty of poise and maturity for a guard as she knows when to turn the dial up and make big plays.
