We decided to highlight these girls and shine some light persay on their games for the world to see, hope you enjoy these girls we are going to mention, cause they should all assist their teams this year in some type of manner.
2025, PG, Bishop Montgomery HS, Atiya Watson Atiya Watson 5'5" | PG Bishop Montgomery | 2025 State CA
Atiya is very aggressive going down hill off the dribble, she is able to get into the paint and either score it or make a good dime to a teammate for an easy bucket. She got to the basket alot as we watched her play, she could even finish through traffic, which was very impressive to us. We also observed her and saw she has great footwork on the floor, she gets to spot that allow her to score easy and she has a decent handle at the lead guard spot.
2027, 6’1, SF, Ontario Christian HS, Legacy Benjamin Legacy Benjamin 6'1" | SF Ontario Christian | 2027 State CA
Legacy has some great size, she is a slashing forward that is able to score in the paint, she is also very long and active in the passing lanes on the defensive side of the ball. She got a lot of steals in the game we watched and she was able to pick off the entry passes to her oppponents and she was a terror on the boards, but specifically she ate up the offensive boards to get easy putbacks. She was equally agile and could run the floor and catch for easy buckets with soft hands.
2026, 6’0, SF, Ontario Christian HS, Cori Benjamin Cori Benjamin 6'0" | SF Ontario Christian | 2026 State CA
Cori has great size as well, I would venture to say that her and Legacy are related, but we are talking about Cori, which impressed us with her shot blocking skills and timing, she has 3 blocks in 6 games, which is very good for a kid her age. She uses her size to her best ability and she is good rebounder as well with 30 rebound on the season, which we love to see a player crash the boards. She is shooting 100% from three point land, but she is only (1/1) right now, but if she contines to knock down shots, it will be a good percentage, we loved her game as well.
