Braylin Brunkhorst Braylin Brunkhorst 5'11" | SG Centralia | 2026 State MO (Centralia): The 5’10 2026 guard was outstanding in the championship game as she scored 19 points in the Panthers victory over Moberly. She was in attack mode from the opening tip as she dominated the first quarter to get her team going. She also showed a nice mid-range jumper to complement her aggressive drive game.
Julia Sloan (Salisbury): A 5’8 2025 forward who plays much taller than her actual size. She’s undersized for her position, but she’s strong and she has good footwork to out-maneuver taller players inside. She can score with either hand and she has a nice touch off the glass. I like how she operates.
Ryenn Gordon Ryenn Gordon 5'7" | PG Centralia | 2027 State MO (Centralia): A 5’7 2027 point guard who is a tremendous floor-leader and tone setter for her team. She’s a pass first guard with quickness and a high basketball IQ. She’s an excellent passer who makes the game easier for her teammates. Her feel for the game goes beyond her years. She can also knock down open perimeter shots.
Natalie Shryock Natalie Shryock 5'8" | CG North Callaway | 2025 State MO (North Callaway): A 5’9 2025 guard who has good length and athleticism to go along with a nice high-arching 3-point shot. She’s an active rebounder who was also disruptive on defense with her ability to get deflections and steals.
Karagyn Cooper Karagyn Cooper 5'7" | SG Boonville | 2026 State MO (Boonville): A 2026 guard who was one of the best pure shooters that I watched at the tournament. When she got an open look against a zone defense, it was a wrap. Of the shots that she was hitting from 3-point range, none of them were touching the rim.
Effie Morris Effie Morris 5'7" | PG Boonville | 2026 State MO (Boonville): A 2026 point guard who plays the game with great speed and tempo. She pushes the ball well in the transition game. She is also a ball hawk on defense who was picking pockets out top and also digging into the low post to help and get steals.
Reece Barnett (Macon): A 2026 guard who did an excellent job of creating shots off the dribble. She has a nice step-back jumper from distance. She displayed her athleticism with a pair of coast to coast drives after grabbing a defensive rebound.
