<p>The Eagles defeated the Monarchs 74-27 behind a stellar performance from its star guard. In addition to the '40 piece' explosion, Hines totaled 6 reb and 4 stl. </p>

<p>Lovington won convincingly, 75-6, as all five starters finished with 10 or more points. Buendia led the way with 19 points, 7 reb and 8 ast for the Wildcats.</p>

<p>The Wildcats were in control essentially from the tip, controlling the tempo and getting the the charity stripe often. Lewis finished with 24 points (8/19 FG) 9 reb, 2 stl while Jefferson had 11 points (5/11 FG) 9 reb, 2 ast, 2 stl </p>
