Natalie Kaye Natalie Kaye 5'9" | SG Grace Christian Academy | 2024 State TN (Sr./G/ Grace Christian)– This humble leader has been tearing it up for her ball club. Averaging 20 pts per contest, she has been filling it up one game at a time. A multi-level scoring threat, she has been unleashing it from the arc and attacking the rim with full-steam. Her ability to create turnovers on D has also enabled her to get transition buckets as well. She’s shooting it at a high clip from 3 (35%), but most importantly she is rallying her troops and they are playing hard behind this humble leader. Look for Natalie and the GCA Lady Lions to continue on this upwards trend and battle it out down the stretch.
Malaya Woullard (Sr./G/ Clarksville Academy)– A tenacious ball player who is as shifty as they come. Has a killer crossover, a lethal step-back three, and can stop on a dime and deliver timely passes. She has been doing it all for the Lady Cougars, averaging 17 points a game, 3+ boards, and defending like crazy. She has been getting tons of paint touches lately, which has led to opportunities for her to get to the free throw line. She’s shooting over 70% from the line. She plays the game with a lot of heart and passion. When this young lady plays, I think of Allen Iverson, with how she carries herself with poise and swagger. Great kid who lays it all on the line every time she steps on the floor.
Allye Pennington Allye Pennington 5'6" | PG East Robertson | 2027 TN (Fr./G/ East Robertson)– My goodness. SMH. This freshman is tough. A fearless kid who gets after it. Averaging over 20 pts a game, she’s the leading catalyst for her ball club in that statistical category. She’s more than a 3 level scorer, she’s on the boards, dining up her teammates, and locking down her opponents. She brings the energy nightly and she’s a tough opponent to stop. Heady ball player who has a very high ceiling.
Ellie Butler Ellie Butler 5'9" | SG Livingston Academy | 2025 State TN (Jr./F/ Livingston Academy)– Solid kid who just gets it done. She fills it up from anywhere at any time. She’s the type of kid that when a coach says “go get it done,” she gets it done. From 3, from the mid-range, in the paint, the proof is in the pudding. She has displayed a solid body of work since entering the high school ranks and it has shown with deep playoff runs each year. She’s a fierce competitor who wins the one on one battles. Solid kid who gets it done both by scoring and on the boards. Look for her to be nominated for some prestigious awards come end of season.
Izzy McPhearson Izzy McPhearson 5'10" | SG Sycamore | 2024 State TN (Sr./G/ Sycamore)– Often overlooked, the Lady Mocs (UTC) signee shows up to show out nightly. She’s a silent assassin who fills it up from all spots on the floor. Her contributions don’t stop there, she’s on the boards as well, averaging over 5+ each night. She’s an incredible ball player who plays the game with a lot of energy. One possession at a time, she maximizes each touch, leaving nothing left to chance. Solid kid who is a heady ball player and will be an incredible addition to the Lady Mocs program.
