During a recent conference game against Wayland, Scheuneman had an incredible performance, helping her Cedar Springs team secure a thrilling overtime victory. The game was tied at 22-22 at half-time and Scheuneman had already scored 16 of those points. She made multiple 3-pointers throughout the game, but the most crucial ones came in the 4th quarter when her team was down by 13 points with only 4 minutes left on the clock. Her impressive scoring efforts led to a fantastic comeback, ultimately earning her team a well-deserved win. By the end of the game, she had scored a total of 26 points, proving herself to be a valuable asset to her team’s hot start this season.

Koning was shooting lights out in a win over Forest Hills Northern this week. She connected on three from behind the arc and finished with 16 points. She also added five rebounds and four steals in the game.
Kurncz led her team to victory over Gull Lake with a remarkable performance. The talented junior made several key steals and finished strong at the rim, scoring 25 points and grabbing three rebounds.
Miller led her Mason Country Central team to a victory over Shelby and recorded a career-high 29 points in the win. She connected on five 3-pointers in the game. She applies intense on-ball defense to cause havoc on the defensive end of the floor.
