Payton Ratcliffe Payton Ratcliffe 6’3″ | SF Wilsonville | 2025 State OR is one of the top forwards in the state. The 6’3 junior is a double-double machine, putting up big numbers in points with her soft touch around the rim as well as rebounds, for which she has one of the highest averages for in Oregon. In some recent Northwest Conference games, she put up 21 points and 15 boards in a huge win over La Salle, and was one of the best players on the floor in the Putnam game with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Ratcliffe is a huge reason why Wilsonville is 6-0 in conference and ranked #4 in 5A.

Diamond Wright Diamond Wright 6’0″ | SF Sheldon | 2025 State OR has been shining bright this season. Nearing her 1,000 point milestone, Wright has had quite a few jaw-dropping performances. In some recent league games, she had a double-double with 14 points, 11 rebounds, 3 blocks, 1 assist, and 1 steal against North Eugene, as well as 29 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 assist against Grants Pass. Wright is long and incredibly athletic with the ability to shoot with range, making her a nightmare match-up for just about anyone, and allowing her to wreak havoc on the defensive end as well.
With the skills of a guard but the size and strength to battle in the post, Hadley Craig Hadley Craig 5’10” | SF Central | 2025 State OR truly has the ability to play in any spot on the floor. She literally does it all as seen by the incredible numbers she puts up in every category each game. Some standout recent performances include her 28 points, 9 rebounds, 9 steals, and 7 assists against McKay, and 25 points, 11 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 assists in their most recent game with South Albany, a massive win for the Panthers. She went 4/5 from beyond the arc in that last game, showing off her ability to shoot from deep. She is also a fiery on-ball defender. Simply put, Craig is an electric player to watch.
Morgan Hoover Morgan Hoover 6’0″ | SF Lake Oswego | 2025 State OR is another versatile forward and impressive athlete getting it done for her team. Hoover is one of the best shot blockers I have seen at the high school level. In a few of their recent league games, she had 10 points, 9 rebounds, 6 blocks, 2 assists, and 2 steals versus St. Mary’s; and 7 points, 6 boards, 5 blocks, 1 assist, and 1 steals against Oregon City. She is an all-out hustle player all the time, playing the game at a pace that is incredibly fun to watch while making big plays for her team by doing the little things very well. Hoover is also a force on the glass as one of the leading rebounders for the Lakers.

Lizzy Weber Lizzy Weber 5’8″ | SF Barlow | 2025 State OR have been showing people why she is a name to know in Oregon high school basketball. The 5’8 shooting forward is one of the most versatile prospects in her class, with the abilities to score around the rim or from beyond the arc, to play excellent on-ball defense, to crash the boards, to find her teammates using her impressive court vision, and more. In some recent league match-ups, Weber put up 18 points, 9 boards, and 3 steals at Sandy; 11 points, 9 boards, 4 steals, and 3 assists versus David Douglas; and 6 points, 10 boards, 9 steals, and 2 assists against Gresham.
