Robinson is a player I hadn’t seen in what seems like eons ago yet with so many platforms and players being spread out in different stratospheres, unless you check out where I am, especially at Individual Showcases where I evaluate every player, this will happen. I noticed her wearing a brace, yet defenders had to brace themselves to guard her as she handled the ball under pressure and went past them to score or dish. Her court vision in transition, as well as in the set also stood out
Durrah had me thinking HURRAH as I finally caught back up with her yet through the magic that I find by using the search bar, my evaluation of what was coming was spot on, again, I’m a REAL EVALUATOR. I loved her court vision under pressure and watching her set the defender up using a deceptive first step or just attacking strongly and finishing off balance at times, other times after contact, were also nice yet her FLOATA while being defended had me smiling, so did her clutch free throws down the stretch
Highlights
Echols used her frame around the basket well, on both ends plus she understands positioning which is one of the reasons she did a good job rebounding on both ends, another reason was her desire and not being outworked. She played solid defense, she even showed she could put it on the floor and score off the dribble
Perry received an assist from @PlayerRIMedies “Marissa Rimbert” who asked me had I seen her lately and I said “yes ma’am” and one of the profiles I talk about over and over that I love to evaluate are players that fall into the “long and athletic” category, which will always be the base. Her intangibles start with her timing to block, alter and (or) deflect shots but she also did a good job rebounding on both ends as well as scoring around the basket, putbacks included
