Here are some seniors that will be key problem for opponents during their playoff run.
Brynn has added a layer to her game in almost every season that I’ve seen her play. Shes coming into her own as a dominant stretch four that can go off for 15 and 8 on any given night. Her ability to create for others is another notch in her game that doesn’t get spoken about enough. Eshoo has the skillset and maturity to be the focal point or a play a role and be impactful in other aspects of the game.
Gambotz has the skillset of an elite combo guard, from the handles to the ability to score at multiple angles and levels. Shes been the catalyst for the Macs all season. High numbers in all categories shows the true nature in how strong of a talent she is. This year she’s added a little more aggression to her game as well.
The numbers may not jump out in every game, but MB is a starting guard on a defending state title team for a reason. The defensive intensity, the skill to move without the ball, and the IQ of when to be aggressive and when to be passive. There’s not one thing this kid isn’t willing to do to win, and every program needs that type of player.
Feil can play multiple roles on a winning team due to her versatility. A shooter from the mid to the arc, a banger in the post and has the ability to defend 1-3. She’ll be a tough guard for forwards or post players that can’t stretch, or who aren’t as mobile. A player to keep an eye on in the post season.
Wardle is a problem in the regular season, post season and I’m sure at any pickup game. This kid can just flat out play the game of basketball. On both sides of the court she causes issues. Offensively, her shooting ability is strong to say the least. She can get to the rim with a couple moves, but she truly depends on her quickness and speed. On the opposite side of the ball, she can get pesky with the bigs, and can stay in front of any type of guard.
