[player_tooltip player_id='876123' first='Naomi' last='Whitfield'] - Crenshaw HS

Whitfield is a strong wing with good scoring instincts. She can handle the ball in the halfcourt and is able to consistently get into the paint off the dribble. Strong finisher through traffic at the basket with good step through moves. She can play inside and uses her size and strength to be active on the glass on both ends of the court. She can catch and shoot from three-point range and she can hit the midrange consistently.

[player_tooltip player_id='876126' first='Sarah' last='Ramos'] - Crenshaw HS

Ramos a versatile wing who can score the ball and also be a playmaker. She has good height/size for a ball-handler and it enables her to see over the defense. She can attack off the dribble getting downhill and consistently was able to get to the basket and draw contact. Good ball-handler in transition, breaking down the defense and finding teammates. Consistent shot from three-point range.

DeeDee Berry - Birmingham Charter HS

Aggressive forward that is not afraid to get in the paint and tussle with player bigger than she is, can run the floor and is able to catch for easy transition buckets. She has soft hands and runs to the block to seal her opponents and can score over both shoulders, making her pretty agile down low for her defenders. Decent rebounder and is capable of blocking a few shots in the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='876130' first='April' last='Medrano'] - Eastside HS

Aprill is a player in our opinion, she did her best to try and help her team be victorious in this final, but an appearance all worth it on your season and it is not over, they will advance to the Regional Playoffs next week. She knocked down a three or two, but was able to manage the game for her team at the PG spot, she has a decent handle, needs a little work, but was able to make some things happen on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='876131' first='Neila' last='Marshall'] - Eastside HS

Neila is an athletic specimen and knows how to take advantage of this gift on the floor, she can run the floor like a gazelle and has soft hands to catch and finish in transition. She is strong, quick and long as can be with her size, she scores by blowing by her opponents and making easy bank shots off the glass. She has a future in the game, she just needs to pick the right school that will help her flourish in her own game.

[player_tooltip player_id='876133' first='Justine' last='Prajitno'] - Anaheim Canyon HS

Justine is a tough guard that knows how to play the game and make some things happen on the floor for her team, she is a high IQ player and has a good skillset that can help her get to the next level. In the championship game, she and her sister put their team on their backs and have now taken the lead by five late in the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='876135' first='Jasmine' last='Prajitno'] - Anaheim Canyon HS

Jasmine is equally skilled as her sister Justine, but she also brings some things to the game that allows her team to be victorious in most games. She can get to the basket, she can defend, she can rebound and she can run the floor in transition and score in bunches. She put on a great display of sportsmanship and was able to get her team to take the lead and win the game down the stretch.

[player_tooltip player_id='876137' first='Cristina' last='Jones'] - Lakewood HS

Watching Cristina battle against Santa Margarita high school in order to secure her team a spot in the finals for CIF was a pure joy. She is feisty and fierce and doesn't let anyone get in her way. She is constantly hustling and is always in motion demanding the ball. With an average of 17 points per game and the highest rebound count on her team she's a force to be reckoned with. She is also comfortable shooting anywhere on the court as well as driving to the basket unafraid of contact. Her physicality is just the boost her teams needs to help them win a championship!

[player_tooltip player_id='876140' first='Claire' last='Pham'] - San Clemente HS

Claire's court presence is world class, recently reaching the 1000 point milestone which is a testament to her incredible skills. Claire does not hesitate when it comes to shooting. Whether she is nailing three-pointers or grabbing quick jump shots or easy layups she fearlessly shoots from anywhere on the court. Claire is a confident and courageous leader and she brilliantly controls the pace of the game and knows exactly the plays that need to be made. She will be missed!

[player_tooltip player_id='876142' first='Sienna' last='Taus'] - San Clemente HS

Sienna, standing at almost 6 feet tall, commands an intimidating presence on the court. Her height makes her a nightmare for her opponents, especially when it comes to aggressively boxing them out and winning rebounds. She has great off the ball movement, and is always cutting to the basket to post up. She is also great at using pivot moves to hit a variety of short jumpers and hook shots. San Clemente will miss her next year!

[player_tooltip player_id='876145' first='Madison' last='Dellner'] - Dana Hills HS

Watching Madison play is a joy because of her great enthusiasm and fierce dedication. She always puts her teammates first and she leads with calmness and respect and she demonstrates exceptional ball handling skills in order to smoothly navigate the court and set up plays. Madison's decision making is spot on and she always contributes a reliable 5 to 9 points per game with a mix of perimeter and three point shots. Defensively she uses her remarkable balance with strong pressure and she kills her opponents momentum! Dana Hills will be missing her next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='876147' first='Calista' last='Romero'] – St Pius X-St Matthias HS

Romero is a bit of a combo guard. She can be a playmaker and she can be a scorer as well. Good passer in the halfcourt. Draws the defense and can kick the ball out. Gets into the paint off the dribble. Uses shot fakes to get the defense off balance. Good ball-handler who dribbles under control and can push the tempo on the break.

[player_tooltip player_id='876149' first='Kaya' last='Ghobrial'] – St. Monica HS

Ghobrial stood out as a solid point guard and floor leader. Steady, doesn't try to do too much and stays within her game. Good ball-handler who can dribble under pressure and stay composed. Keeps her head up on the break. Looks for the open teammate but can score the ball as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='876151' first='Imoree' last='McGregory'] – St Mary's Academy HS

McGregory stood out as a solid guard capable of playing with the ball in her hands or playing off her teammates. Consistent three point shooter especially from the corners. Does well navigating off ball screens, spotting up and shooting. Relocates after initial pass.

[player_tooltip player_id='876153' first='Yeni' last='Denloye'] – Viewpoint HS

Denloye is a smaller but strong point guard. She's able to consistently attack off the dribble and finish at the basket. She's able to find open teammates both on the break and in the half court. Knows when to push the pace and when to slow the tempo. Good on ball defender with quick hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='876157' first='Aaliyah' last='Serpas'] – Arleta HS

Serpas is a bit of a combo guard. She's a natural playmaker who can find open teammates on he break; does a good job pushing the pace in transition. She's also comfortable looking for her own shot. She's quick off the dribble and can play against defensive pressure. Consistent midrange jumper off the pull-up and can shoot from three-point range.

[player_tooltip player_id='876161' first='Kadence' last='Johnson'] – Fairfax HS

Johnson is still kind of raw as a center but she takes up space in the paint and can make her presence felt. Her teammates know to get her the ball and she's usually able to finish at the basket due to her size advantage over most other frontcourt players. She's a fairly good rebounder using her size to position herself well, nobody is able to box her out or move her.

[player_tooltip player_id='876163' first='Gisele' last='Lusk'] – Bernstein HS

Lusk was one of the top hustle players I saw at the tournament. She showed a little scoring ability handling the ball and also being able to shoot short jumpers in the halfcourt. But what really stood out to me was her high motor. She was constantly hitting the glass trying to grab rebounds on both ends of the court. She also does her best in chasing down loose balls. Makes all of those little winning plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='876166' first='Jordy' last='DeMott'] - Bonita HS

Jordy (Central Washington signee) is primed and ready for the next level, her team does not see her often, but she is solid as they come in the paint, nice athletic body and knows how to use her size on the floor. She has a high IQ on the floor and can score in the paint over both shoulders and also hit the short corner shot with consistency. She runs the floor like a gazelle and is fairly athletic as they come for her size, she will fit in well with her choice in college.
