2027 Major Contributors as Freshman

Here are some girls that are new to the Rankings this edition and those that are stepping out into the limelight and allowing us to see them shine in ways you could not imagine. She was focused on the night we saw her play, but with defenses keying on you, this kid gave it her all and made sure she gave her team a chance to compete and possibly win the game. She is skilled at scoring the ball, but her determination and poise under pressure is what really made us take a look at her, she has HEART...</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='843784' first='Anjali' last='Adhvaryu'] </strong>- Anjali is an attacker at all times on the floor, she is constantly trying to get to the basket as we watched her play this past season. She is skilled to make shots at the midrange level, she can even step out and shoot the three ball, but her specialty is scoring at the rim and drawing contact in the wake of it. She is a leader on the floor for her team and she is pretty vocal as a lead guard, we enjoyed watching her play this past season, expect to see her name more on this page as her game grows.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='843789' first='Claire' last='Hackney']</strong> - Claire is a a fireball, she is skilled in ways you would never believe for a girl so young in the game. She is a scorer and that is whay she does, she can get into the paint, she can shoot the midrange and she can shoot the three ball with some consistency. She was a leader on the team this year, but one thing she did well was talk on the floor, not much, but enough to keep her teammates engaged and inspired to win games. She is a special player on a very good team, she will continue to improve each game she plays.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='843792' first='Addie' last='Nolan']</strong> - Addie is a special player that plays the guard spot, she is a dynamic player that is learning more and more how to run the point guard spot with efficiency. She uses her body to her advantage on the floor and knows how to penetrate the defenses to get into the paint for easy scores and is also capable of drawing the foul. She is a decent defender and loves to helpside defend when the teams try and get into the paint against her team. She will be fun to watch in the summer with her club team, we will be there first hand to watch. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='843794' first='Emily' last='Fong'] </strong>- Emily came off the bench when we watched her play, but she came into the games ready to play and attack the basket at will. She is a good passer, she has a good handle for a lead guard, she is always moving and trying to create opportunities for herself and teammates on the floor.
