Hope Masonius Hope Masonius 5'9" | PG Manasquan | 2024 State NJ – Manasquan (2024)
Masonius ended her high school career on the highest of highs with a Group 2 state championship, helping league Manasquan to a 47-26 win over Madison. It was a game that ‘Squan had in the bag thanks to its senior leader, who finished with 18 points, three rebounds and a steal. It wasn’t the most stat-stuffing game, but it was instrumental in winning a state title.
Katie Collins Katie Collins 6'2" | SF Manasquan | 2024 State NJ – Manasquan (2024)
Like her senior teammate, Katie Collins Katie Collins 6'2" | SF Manasquan | 2024 State NJ ended her Manasquan career on a high, arguably one of her best, if not her best defensive performance to date. The senior forward finished with six points, nine rebounds and a career-high six blocks against Madison. There was no getting around her in the middle and it caused the Dodgers a heck of a lot of trouble on Saturday.
Devon Johnson Devon Johnson 5'10" | PF Madison | 2025 State NJ – Madison (2025)
It was a tough day all-around for Madison, but a bright spot going into the future was the play of Devon Johnson Devon Johnson 5'10" | PF Madison | 2025 State NJ , alongside star teammate Charlotte Tuhy Charlotte Tuhy 6'0" | SF Madison | 2025 State NJ . Johnson led the Dodgers in rebounding in the loss, finishing with 10 rebounds, five points and an assist. Not the flashiest of offensive games, but with her elevation to the starting lineup this season, she’s more than ready for a breakout senior year.
El-Anita Joe-Samuel El-Anita Joe-Samuel 6'0" | SF Lenape | 2027 State NJ – Lenape (2027)
She’s a top-five freshman prospect in New Jersey for a reason. Joe-Samuel made her presence felt early and often for Lenape in Saturday’s 43-28 over Morristown to claim the Group 4 state title. All she did was post yet another double-double with 13 points, 14 rebounds and three assists, leading the charge on both fronts for Lenape. Simply sensational, there’s no other way to describe her game.
Sienna Fedoruk Sienna Fedoruk SF Lenape | 2024 State NJ – Lenape (2024)
An unsung hero for Lenape this season has been Sienna Fedoruk Sienna Fedoruk SF Lenape | 2024 State NJ and once again, she came up clutch in the Group 4 title game. Fedoruk finished with seven points, 10 rebounds, a steal and a made three-pointer. She, along with Joe-Samuel, were the lone Lenape players with double-figure rebounds on the day. Consistency shined through and she ended her high school career as a state champion.
Maya Summerville Maya Summerville 6'0" | SF Morristown | 2024 State NJ – Morristown (2024)
It wasn’t the ending that Summerville or Morristown was looking for. but let it be known she was the reason the Colonials rattled off eight-straight wins, leading to a sectional title and state title appearance. She capped off her high school career in style, an eighth-straight double-double and 14th of the season, finishing with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Summerville has nothing to hang her head about after this senior campaign.
