Continue ReadingThe do it all athletic guard who had an amazing year for Manchester that led to a state championship title! Very versatile, she played the combo guard and point forward during the season. She was the second-leading scorer on the team and in my opinion was the best defender on the team and had to play the defensive stopper on some elite perimeter talent this season. Rayne doesn’t need stats to define her game. I can’t wait to see her on the EYBL circuit this AAU season!
Highlights
High level guard who is coming off her first season playing in the United States. Great athlete that has a college frame and is lighting fast with the ball in her hands. A downhill guard with good size and can finish at the rim. A very good two way player she can turn defense to offense in a hurry. It didn’t take long for Harissoum to make her mark in the state playing a national schedule playing elite competition and picking up 4 division one offers this season!
Early on in her career she dealt with injuries, but she battled back with a great junior season. Centerville had a competitive team that made a deep run into the playoffs. Great size for a wing/guard that is a good defender. Kennedy was the Concorde District player of the year and was named to the class 6 second team all state team. Kennedy put together a good season and she also recently commited to play at Colgate University!
Theresa stepped right into the fold with Bishop Ireton, she was a much needed piece for a team who dealt with a lot of injuries early in the season. She has great ball handling ability and the team did well with two point guards on the floor. A good transition player with a good change of direction and she can get the ball to her teammates in the open floor. Bishop is in good hands with her taking over the full time point guard job next year and look for Theresa to compete for the starting job at Boo 17u EYBL team.
