<p>When thinking about sports in Georgia, it can be easy to automatically single out the Peach State as a football state. And while the gridiron may still be near and dear to the hearts of many Georgians, one must not overlook the litany of talent that has been produced out of this state over the years. </p>

<p>The travel circuit has been one of the primary proving grounds to produce this talent. In today's robust AAU climate in Georgia, one of the primary teams fans are on the lookout for is [program_tooltip program_id='713173' first='Wood' last='Elite']. The “Wood” is a reference to coach Quinton Wood and it not only fields girls club teams, but boys teams as well. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='672228' first='Lily' last='Conkell']</strong> – Conkell is one of two players from 6A Woodstock that make up this year's travel roster. In the 26 games that Conkell played for the Wolverines last season, she averaged 13.4 points and 2.4 steals per game. </p>

<p><strong>Tocarra Stagnaro</strong> – Following a 17-9 season Stagnaro's Westlake team compiled in 2023-24, the Lions will head to the 6A ranks beginning the following campaign. She stands at 5-foot-4 and is the only Westlake player on the AAU roster. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='747122' first='Bree' last='Rogers']</strong> – Rogers will bring natural chemistry with Conkell given they both represent Woodstock. She is listed at 5-foot-6. She averaged 9.3 points, five rebounds and 3.2 steals in 23 games last season. </p>

This past season, Dorsey reached a career milestone when she approached the 1,000-point threshold. </p>

<p><strong>Mo Slocum</strong> – Slocum's 6A Rome team has been used to compiling 20-win seasons. It did so once again this past season. She is one of two representatives from the Wolves that make up this year's [program_tooltip program_id='713173' first='Wood' last='Elite'] 2025 roster. </p>

She displays her versatility with an ability to play at either the two, three or four. </p>

Calloway of 7A (soon to be 6A) Cherokee is one of those. She is the lone representative from the Warriors on this year's club team. </p>
