Here are the others, all from the 2027 class
Mia Mulcahy- does a good job on the boards and when I say that, I mean she goes AFTA everything. She scores off the dribble, body control helps her finish after the lick, and she creates her shot from the outside
Rachel Torres Rachel Torres 6'0" | C Vista RIdge | 2027 TX – when I see players operating inside the paint and using “hands and footwork” to get open and score, I get excited because it will always be effective when used correctly. She did a good job defending inside the paint, as well as rebounding on both ends, plus she played the passing lane
Christina Smith- her crossover impressed me off the top because she used it going full speed to get by the defense. She also used a nice first step in the set to attack and score, she shot the ball well, but she also showed she could “catch and shoot” as well as play the passing lane
Prunelle Traore-upside is really nice because she “gets it” and when you factor in she’s “long and athletic” which is the base, has good timing to block shots but she also showed she could defend both in and outside the paint. She hit the boards, on both ends and scored around the basket
Sophia Izadi- has solid court vision both in the set as well as in transition yet her decision-making needs to be mentioned because she made good ones under pressure. She scored off the dribble, played solid defense, and also played the passing lane
Abra White- falls into that #sizedontmatter hashtag I love to use because she can play. Her defense was good, she handled the ball under pressure and scored off the dribble. Guess what else she did? Played the passing lane
