S1
Of 77 responses to S1 in D1, 41 of you (57.7%) were correct in picking Neenah to get out of there. Then 26 of you (36.6%) took Hortonville. Hudson and Appleton North also received votes.
The Verdict: CORRECT
S2
There wasn’t a more unpredictable sectional in D1. Only eight of you (11.6%) selected Hartford to win in S2. Kimberly earned 27 votes (39.1%). Brookfield East earned 13 votes (18.8%). Homestead earned nine votes (13%). De Pere earned six votes (8.7%). Menomonee Falls earned five votes (7.2%)

S3
Most of you out-picked the media members, with 44 of you selecting eventual state champion Arrowhead (62.9%). Verona earned 15 votes (21.4%). Kettle Moraine earned ten votes (14.3%). Whoever picked Oregon here deserves a prize. The Panthers earned one vote and came up a few possessions short of a Sectional Title.

Franklin earned the most votes in a tight race with 26 votes (38.2%). Muskego earned 21 votes (30.9%). Oak Creek rounded it out with 20 votes (29.4%)

Notre Dame won the vote with 57 (86.4%). Menomonie, Rice Lake, and Lakeland received votes.

Pewaukee earned 58 votes (87.9%). Beaver Dam, Grafton, Waukesha West, and West De Pere received votes.

McFarland earned the most votes with 47 votes (69.1%). Monona Grove had 11 votes (16.2%). DeForest had eight votes (11.8%). West Salem, the eventual winner, earned two votes (2.9%)

Pius earned the most votes with 34 (50%). Wisconsin Lutheran and Wauwatosa East tied with 12 votes (17.6%). Whitefish Bay earned ten votes (14.7%).

Prescott earned the most votes, with 19 (38.8%). Elk Mound earned ten votes (20.4%). St. Croix Falls had eight votes (16.3%). Altoona had seven votes (14.3%). Somerset earned five votes (10.2%). Eventual champions Baldwin-Woodville earned no votes.

Xavier had the most votes, with 24 (46.2%). Freedom had 17 votes (32.7%). Kiel had eight votes (15.4%). Omro earned three votes (5.8%).

Waupun was the runaway favorite, earning 33 votes (66.1%). Edgewood had seven votes (13%). Edgerton and Lake Mills each had six votes (11.1%). Evansville and Lakeside Lutheran each earned one vote (1.9%).

Oostburg had 22 votes (40%), the most in S4. Milwaukee Academy of Science earned 18 votes (32.7%). Kettle Moraine Lutheran earned ten selections (18.2%). Dominican had three votes (5.5%). St. Thomas More and Catholic Memorial had one vote each (1.8%).

McDonell had 28 votes (57.1%), which led the sectional. Fall Creek had 13 selections (26.5%). Colfax had six votes (12.2%). Phillips had two votes (4.1%).
