Kylie Trileck
Kylie Trileck
Trileck gave me an eyeful quickly and her being able to score off the dribble from multiple angles, while being guarded tightly spoke volumes yet the noise got louder as she created her shot under pressure and dropped it from midrange. Her “stop and pop” pull up in transition was nice yet so was her “on the ball” pressure as she showed quick hands to come away with steals, good upside
Campbell Cooper
Campbell Cooper
Campbell has the right first name because when I asked her was her name like the soup, she said yes and her game is showing signs of being mmm mmm good. She makes good decisions and patiently sets the defender up to either attack, deceptive first step is nice, or drop the jumper from midrange. She also gave me a glimpse of her “catch and shoot” plus her court vision was nice
Sydnee Neunaber
Sydnee Neunaber
Neunaber took me back to yesteryear probably 3 seasons ago when I watched her enter the game and drop 3, three pointers in a row so fast forward to now and she still has the range but it has gotten a bit deeper. Her midrange has improved and she’s mixing it up by attacking the basket to score or dish. She also hit the boards and handled the ball afterward
Beth Holt
Beth Holt
Holt gave me a JOLT as I saw her using the “hands and footwork” because first of all, it’s #THROWBACK and it’s still effective when done properly. She understands positioning and uses her frame inside the paint to rebound, on both ends, her interior defense was nice and she even faced the basket and dropped the short jumper. Just as impressive, she saw the floor from both the high and low post
Abbie Uzzell
Abbie Uzzell
Uzzell showed me what’s coming by doing a couple of simple things, attacking the basket off the dribble, with either hand and finish strongly, including after contact, with either. She’s also strong inside the paint, battles for rebounds, on both ends and also understands how to get the break going with the outlet. Her court vision in the set and her midrange jumper were also big pluses
Natalie Weems
Natalie Weems
Weems is closing this segment out with what I love to see, one more time, “hands and footwork” still work and she didn’t mind putting in the work because she doesn’t mind the physicality, either giving or taking and did a good job hitting the boards, on both ends. She also scored around the basket, putbacks included and did a nice job in the interior on defense
