For such a young squad, they had a stellar press which is the reason they had the lowest points allowed out of 10 teams in their age division. These are a few of their up and coming fresh young faces!
Ariane Fairchild 2028 | 5’6 G ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
She blows by everyone, using her speed to go coast to coast. She does a nice job pushing the ball out in front and playing in control.
Akirah Wofford Akirah Wofford 5'9" | PF Desoto | 2028 TX 2028 | 5’6 G ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
She uses her solid size effectively as she can post on the block and finish with the up and under. Great understanding of how to work the lane on offense before even entering high school
Jacey Bolton Jacey Bolton 5'9" | C Mesquite Poteet | 2028 TX 2028 | 5’9 F ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
Rim runner. Bolton sprints end to end and on the offensive end uses her body to seal defenders. Uses her size to dominate the boards. When she catches the ball at the free throw line, she is very composed as she patiently turns and reads the defense.
Addison Jacobs 2029 | 5’7 G ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
Anticipates steals and gets the team going in transition. She finds teammates on 2 on 1 situations or get the basket for an and 1 finish.
Trinity Boyd Trinity Boyd 4'7" | PG Royse City | 2028 TX 2031 | 5’3 PG ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
Don’t let size fool you! Trinity plays bigger than her size as she sets her team up in the halfcourt game, directing traffic and controlling the tone. She does a great job of selling ball fakes or faking a pass to make a pass which draws the zone in and opens up the floor for her teammates. In the day 2 morning game, she hit 6 three pointers to keep her team in what ended up being a three point loss. At her frame, she’s still growing into her body, but if she’s hitting like this now imagine what numbers she will be putting up in the very near future!
Terrian Anderson Terrian Anderson TX 2029 | 5’9 F ( Texas Elite Rockwall 2028)
Very athletic and already has developed basketball foundations like working the baseline on offense. She understands how to use the baseline to go reverse when guarded one side. She will flash to the short corner for the jump shot and has a consistent shot from there.
