Kate Deck Kate Deck 5'6" | PG Jackson, MO | 2028 MO (TC Hoops 14U): The 5’6″ point guard from Jackson was one of the most impressive young players that I watched during the weekend. She played with both the 14U and 17U teams during the event as she was very comfortable with both teams. She has a high basketball IQ and she also plays with a little flair that is very entertaining. She is a three-level scorer who can create her own shot with her smooth handles. She can also come off ball screens to get downhill or pull up for the jumper. Her court vision is also excellent as she dropped some nifty dimes during the weekend.

Loganne Love Loganne Love MO ( Lady Brad Beal Elite 15U): A 5’8″ point guard headed to Principia plays up with the 15U BBE squad and does an excellent job at both ends of the court. She has the ability to score in a variety of ways as she can break down defenders to create her own shot. She can also stop and pop on the pull up jumper. She will also get after opposing ball handlers with her on-ball pressure defense.

Maddie Perry ( Knights Basketball Academy 14U): A 5’6″ combo guard who has impressive athleticism and electric scoring ability when she gets it going. She can break down defenders on the drive to score on an assortment of layups, runners pull up jumpers. She is very good at changing directions at full speed to keep defenders off balance.

Addison Henderson Addison Henderson 5'8" | SG Jackson R2 | 2028 MO (TC Hoops 14U): A 5’6″ point guard from Jackson who plays with tremendous pace and tempo. The young lefty is always looking up to advance the ball in the transition game with the dribble or the pass. Her passing skills are excellent in transition or in the half court offense. She does a good job of keeping her dribble alive to find driving lanes as she can finish on the drive at a variety of angles.
*******
Zoriah Goolsby ( Lady Brad Beal Elite 14U): A 5’2″ point guard who has tremendous quickness and who is an excellent on-ball defender. She sets the defensive tone for her team with her ball hawking pressure. She is true floor general who knows how to get her team organized on offense. She distributes the ball very well and she can thread the needle through traffic. She is physically strong and stays low on the dribble to get where she needs to go.
******
Riley Bahr (Unstoppables 14U): A 5’5″ point guard with a high basketball IQ who excels with the ball in her hands as a playmaker, but can also play off the ball effectively. She can hit the open 3-pointer off the catch and she also reads defenses well to move and find the open spots with her ability to cut. She is also active on the defensive end as I saw her get multiple deflections.
******
Lily Gamet (Flash KC 14U): A 5’1″ point guard who is a speed merchant in the open court. She got out in transition a few times and raced coast to coast for easy layups. She was out-running opposing defenders with the ball in her hands while they were trying to keep up without the ball. She is also a sound ball handler who distributes the ball well.
*******
Jocelyn Mitchell 5’8″ (Ball Hogg 14U): A 5’8″ point guard from Edwardsville (IL) who displayed some very impressive playmaking skills with her ball handling and passing ability. She dropped some very nice pinpoint dimes while on the move and off the bounce. She also moves well off the ball and finds open spots, which led to layups.

Zoe Chatman ( Della Lamb 14U): A 5’4″ point guard who was very impressive on the defensive end in the game I watched her. She pressures the ball well and she has some quick hands, which she used to pick pockets. She also used her quickness to get downhill on dribble penetration.
