Effective hitting slasher through tight windows, her presence as a facilitator from the elbows has been beneficial to this Hoopsters halfcourt flow.      Sullivan has been productive with B and B, keeping opponents honest through second chance opportunities. Possessing a wide reach, she is often in position to gather a rebound well before opponents. Her consistent defensive positioning coupled with the wide reach has made her a dependable defensive option for this group from Day 1.      Donald adds energy to this [program_tooltip program_id='732418' first='GRIT' last=''] 16u group through her ability to defend the post and guard up against taller matchups. The forward has shown willingness to be an impactful defender in the post, lowering her center of gravity to improve her strength against incoming contact. On the offensive end, she has shown greater willingness to attempt three point shots off the catch. Her high release point allows for such shots over incoming contests.      Speilmann works hard on the glass, maintaining production on the defensive end throughout various spring events with [program_tooltip program_id='732418' first='GRIT' last='']. Quick to tag an opponent on box outs, the Rock Canyon forward brings in necessary activity for this group on the glass. Her quick instincts and active hands make her a disruptive defensive presence at the 16U level.
