Kyzarriah Fox Kyzarriah Fox 6'0" | SF Antonian Prep | 2027 State TX -6’1 (2027)
Fox moved up a few spots on my update and rightfully so as she’s dropping the mid to long-range with ease. She’s also finishing stronger off the dribble, she’s defending “on the ball” and playing the passing lane but she’s also “long and athletic” and THAT IS THE BASE
Nyashia Barnes-5’7 (2025)
Barnes gave a little bit of everything but her defensive pressure changed the momentum a couple of times. She’s strong and showed she can overpower guards attacking the basket, she finished after contact and saw the floor
Leah Mitchell-5’4 (2026)
Mitchell enjoys applying heat baseline to baseline and rightfully so because she beats the offensive player to the spot to make them pick up their dribble and she forces them into traps. She also attacked the basket nicely
Rebecca Robinson-5’7 (2026)
Robinson is a “long and athletic” guard that can not only shoot the 3 but drop under pressure, well that’s no surprise. I love how she’s worked on creating her shot and drop the midrange while being defended yet she also scored off the dribble and saw the floor
A’Nya Willaims-5’4 (2025)
Williams was another athletic guard who not only played solid defense but enjoyed doing it. She did a good job of “getting hers in the flow” and made good decisions
Shaniyah Fox Shaniyah Fox 5'9" | SF Antonian | 2026 State TX -5’10 (2026)
Fox is also “long and athletic” and creates mismatches from the guard spot and here’s why. She’s crafty with the ball in the set and she can elevate above the defender to drop the jumper yet she also uses that elevation to score around the basket. She defends and rebounds too
Camryn Carter-5’11 (2026)
Carter gave me a little bit of everything her playing defense both in and outside the paint was more than solid. She rebounded on both ends, scored around the basket, putbacks included, and after contact and she did a good job seeing the floor in the set
Hannah McDonald-5’4 (2025)
McDonald just brings the heat on both ends and I was thinking back to when I first saw her, she was doing the same thing. She applies pressure and uses her quick hands to come away with steals, she also plays the passing lane yet her court vision is solid, she scores off the dribble and drops the jumper
Lily Bacon-5’8 (2027)
Bacon as in “bringing home the” fits because not only did she create her shot under pressure, but she showed she could drop it while being tightly defended. Another plus was she scored off the dribble and could “catch and shoot”
