Liberty North spent much of last season as a top team in Class 6 winning most of their games. They finished 25-3 before a district loss. They have added motivation heading into this season and return several great players who produced last season. Among them is a top 2026 guard who will be highlighted below!

[player_tooltip player_id='538901' first='Alex' last='Couch'] is the top-ranked combo guard in Missouri for 2026. She displayed next-level talent last season and will be their playmaker heading into the new year. She's a complete guard who averages over 11 PPG, rebounds well for her size, and plays both ends. Her basketball IQ is high and she plays with a lot of explosiveness on the ball. A leadership role looms for Couch.

[player_tooltip player_id='445429' first='Millie' last='Perry'] is her sophomore teammate and does a great job of making her three-point attempts. A strong shooter who has positional length and can also play both backcourt spots. Liberty North will have no problem handling pressure over the next two seasons. Perry is a Top 20 prospect in the class. Her game is built for the next level and she excels in the team concept.

[player_tooltip player_id='640068' first='Carlie' last='Michaelsen'] is another guard who played last season and will bring an element of senior leadership. She has played in big games and understands how to get others involved. After losing last year's seniors, she's someone you can expect to carve out more minutes. Michaelsen is a team player who does what's needed for the win. June will allow her to showcase new abilities.

[player_tooltip player_id='735722' first='Kara' last='Durso'] will provide solid length and defensive ability as she becomes an upperclassman. Another player who simply needs a larger role to showcase her talent. It's safe to assume she'll play the 2-4 spots at times this year. With basketball becoming positionless, Duroso is the type of player who helps a team in many ways. She's a cutter, rebounder, and versatile defensive piece.

[player_tooltip player_id='899505' first='Ava' last='Jensen'] is a player who has been highlighted with her grassroots team and brings a forward presence to the Liberty North squad. She stands at around 5'10 and will do the work in the paint. Jensen is a rim runner, slipper in the P&R, post-up threat, and rock-solid defender. Her value to the team cannot be understated.
