Draughn has taken her talents to A.C. Flora HS after playing last season at Cardinal Newman. Teonna can really create her own shot with her quickness around the floor. She has no problems at times breaking down defenders and racing by them in transition. Teonna is best suited in more of a up-tempo style of play where she can get out and see the floor while creating opportunities for herself and her teammates.
Highlights
Sydni continues her solid play this spring on the Grassroots to now with her high school teammates. Sydni brings production inside the paint area every night out. She certainly isn’t flashy, but she does an effort and a willingness to work around the paint. Anderson has been a consistent double-double every time out this spring and summer since seeing her play.
Sydni embraces playing through contact and delivering some blows of her own down in the paint. She runs to the blocks every time at full speed.
Highlights
Delaney was playing all day long in attack mode here for the Lady Falcons. Tamira is certainly a Stock-Riser in the next set of the Palmetto State Rankings which will be updated later this month. She was able to slash to the rack and score the ball in transition on several occasions here today.
Tamira has active hands on the defensive end of the floor to be chaotic in the passing lanes. She certainly plays her best basketball going to the rack and playing active.
Highlights
Jaleya was all over the floor here today for the Lady Wildcats scoring buckets it seemed. She finished a handful in transition when she wasn’t knocking down jumpers out on the perimeter. Jaleya played plenty of minutes here today and rarely left the floor it seemed. Lytes does a nice job of playing active around and away from the ball at all times.
Highlights
Ezariah helped her Lady Raiders squad last season to a (20-6) season. Williams is a bit of a combo forward who at times can excel out on the perimeter or down low in the paint. She was able to spin off defenders at times around the cup today. Ezariah can post up smaller defenders or slip out and shoot the ball from downtown behind the 3-point line.
Williams was able to show some good skills here today with her play.
Highlights
Tucker will be a nice addition to the new rankings later this month. She really did a nice job of utilizing the bounce pass to her teammates at times today. Tucker was constantly around the ball to make a play. She plays shot ready to receive the ball in the pocket. Meghan plays the game very unselfish and seems to be a very good teammate.
Meghan jumped on the deck for loose 50/50 balls. She certainly came to play today for the Lady Gators and Head Coach Candice Cobb.
