The AAU season might have come to an end over the past weekend, but we are far from done with our analysis from the spring and summer. First off, we want to send out a big congrats to everyone for completing the season, especially those ending their AAU careers this summer. Great work put in across the board and it's been seen! We now take a look at NJ Rise's 17U roster.

[player_tooltip player_id='525472' first='Casey' last='Collins'] - Southern Regional (2025)

Collins is heading into a massive senior year for Southern and her game has consistently gotten better and better and people have certainly taken notice. More an offensive-first player, Collins has shown that she can shoot the three, get to the foul line consistently and make tough baskets in and around the lane. What we're looking to see from her is growth in her defense and passing.

[player_tooltip player_id='915317' first='Isabella' last='Diaz'] - Notre Dame (2025)

Diaz took a big step forward offensively as a junior with Notre Dame, producing at a level we just haven't see from her. That's continued on into the summer as she solidifies herself as an all-around threat on top of the great defensive performances we saw out of her last season. Great post player with a strong feel around the rim, but an increased range she's going to more consistently and very solid offensive skillset overall.

[player_tooltip player_id='414290' first='Christa' last='Ramos'] - Neptune (2025)

We don't want to talk too much about the idea of player growth, but it's been the truth thus far and continues with Ramos, coming off a career year across the board as a junior with Neptune. Truly a special talent and an all-around guard at that, she's picked her spots out tremendously to turn on the afterburners and take the game over. Look no further than her increased physicality in the lane offensively to see that she's ready to be the star.

[player_tooltip player_id='583463' first='Ava' last='Kraybill'] - Egg Harbor Township (2025)

Some have seen an upward trajectory on the offensive side of the ball while others have improved defensively or as a facilitator. Take [player_tooltip player_id='583463' first='Ava' last='Kraybill'], headed into her senior year with EHT and now is one of the better rebounding guards in the Cape-Atlantic League. Also worth mentioning great perimeter defense that's continued into her junior year and most importantly, an ability to find open teammates and generate more scoring opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id='583949' first='Christina' last='Sikaras'] - Freehold Borough (2025)

Sikaras remained the sharp-shooter that she was as a sophomore into her junior year, improving at the foul line as well which is a great sign. Where things separated for her was a simple change, one that's really benefitted her growth in the guard role. Her passing went up tremendously and became honestly the x-factor of her game, the standout piece of her playmaking ability because she was so incredibly good throughout the year.

[player_tooltip player_id='892157' first='Vanessa' last='Haas'] - Point Pleasant Boro (2025)

Haas makes her presence felt down low and that presence has been felt over the past two seasons. There wasn't much of a change statistically, but that doesn't mean she didn't show more maturity and poise on the floor. She'll be a key piece of this Point Pleasant Boro team as a senior, expected to be relied upon heavily in the paint, and she has the skills to be the focal point of a team from the frontcourt.

[player_tooltip player_id='686429' first='Cassidy' last='Moore'] - Gill St. Bernard's (2025)

Moore is the biggest unknown of anyone on this list purely because she just hasn't gotten the playing time of others while at Gill St. Bernard's. We did see her come off the bench consistently as a junior, which led to greater production and more success on the floor. However, Moore just hasn't gotten her shot yet, which we hope changes as a senior. Brooke Baisley is gone and she seems the most poised to step up into a starting role.

Adrianna Misciagna - Old Bridge (2025)

Very strong and balanced player on the floor for Old Bridge, Misciagna came out of nowhere and shined bright as a junior. She barely had any playing time as a sophomore, but that all changed as she became a double-digit scorer and a fringe double-double machine. Really intrigued to see what she'll do down low, but has shown great awareness to block shots and go up for rebounds. Agile and mobile piece with a high motor and high upside.
