Miller is "long and athletic" and if you've been paying attention you know I call that the base because not only do I love evaluating that profile, but so do many next-level coaches so here's the deal, she has nice upside as she stands just under "the magic number" keeps the ball high to score around the basket, she rebounds on both ends and her timing is nice to block, alter and (or) deflect shots

Nina Moreno-5'6 G (Byron Nelson) [program_tooltip program_id='712531' first='HG' last='Elite'] Mosby [2026]

Moreno used a deceptive first step to get the defender to lean and that helped enable her to attack the basket and score or dish off the dribble. She also saw the floor in the set, as well as in transition. She played solid defense in both the half and full court plus she played the passing lane

Brooklyn Blais-5'7 G (Keller) [program_tooltip program_id='712531' first='HG' last='Elite'] Mosby [2026]

Blais hit the boards hard on both ends of the court and did a good job defensively, both in and outside the paint yet her "hands and footwork" were also nice and it helped her score around the basket. She also scored on putbacks and even faced the basket for buckets

Morgan Luscombe-5'2 PH (Amarillo) HOH Crush [2026]

Luscombe is a heady point guard who did a good job of controlling the tempo and handling the ball under pressure, running her team, and getting everyone involved. She's also a fearless #sizedontmatter guard who saw the floor well, was also under pressure, and attacked the basket strongly to score

[player_tooltip player_id='1208686' first='Hannah' last='Williams']-5'10 G/F (Pearland) Team Texas Flames 16U Puma [2027]

Williams showed she could play multiple positions and not only did she handle the ball under pressure, she created her shot and dropped it the same way, under pressure. Her "catch and shoot" from deep was impressive, she also dropped the midrange and scored or dished off the dribble. Solid court vision in the set as well

Taryl Jones-5'8 G (Hitchcock) Team Texas Flames 16U Puma [2027]

Jones has a nice first step to get the defender off balance so she can attack the basket off the dribble using either hand. Her body control was nice, especially after contact plus she did a good job applying pressure defensively in the set as well as baseline to baseline

Kennedy Myers-5'7 G (Manvel) Team Texas Flames 16U Puma [2026]

Myers does a good job creating her shot under pressure as well as mixing it up to attack the basket and score or drop the jumper from outside. She also showed she could drop it off the screen as well as the "catch and shoot" from deep

Jaeda Miles-5'2 G (Midlothian) 287 Elite 16U [2026]

Miles was another heady #sizedontmatter guard who showed she could play and her "on the ball" pressure was solid, especially since she came away with steals yet playing the passing lane also got her the same results, steals. Her court vision was solid across the board and she scored off the dribble

Bailey Bates-5'7 G (Mansfield) 287 Elite 16U [2027]

Bates patiently set the defender up to attack the basket and score or dish yet watching her create her shot and get it off while being defended was nice yet what was even nicer was observing her following her shot, which deserves the #THROWBACK hashtag. She also gave me the "catch and shoot" 3

Brooklyn Green-5'6 G (Midlothian) 287 Elite 16U [2026]

Green means go and she's a "long and athletic" guard who did just that off the dribble to score or dish. Remember her profile falls into what I call the base and watching her play within herself and get hers "in the flow" was nice, and so was defensive pressure in the set
