The senior class in Louisiana is one that is very talented. The girls of 2025 can do a variety of things on the basketball floor. They are truly some of the most versatile players we have. With recruiting beginning to pick up through this evaluation season, there will be a ton of eyes on this class. There are definitely some young ladies that should be on everyone's radar at this time. In this PGHLA exclusive, we will highlight a few players that should be on radar of various coaches.

Thamerin Balthazar (5'6" | Alexandria High) - The ASH senior is a guard who can do multiple things well. She has quick hands and she deflects or tips passes that turn into turnovers for her team. She is excellent on the ball defensively. Offensively, Balthazar can make the three consistently. Her consistency opens up the floor for her drives. Balthazar is very skilled and is a smart player.

Z'Riah Buggs (5'6" | Homer) - Buggs is a guard who believes in getting to the rim. She has a very good handle and a very quick first step. Both attributes help her on short pull ups or drives to the rim. Buggs is also disruptive on the defensive end with the same energy. She is a guard who is in attack mode the whole game.

[player_tooltip player_id='484972' first='Shaila' last='Forman'] (5'10" | Southern Lab) - Forman is a player who gets a lot of attention in Louisiana circles. She is a player who deserves the notice. However, Shaila probably deserves attention on a broader scale. Forman puts a ton of pressure on defenses because she gets down hill better than most. She is also a very good passer and finds teammates in scoring position. There aren't many guards that have her skill set in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='489462' first='Alaiah' last='Jarrell'] (5'7" | Brusly) - Jarrell is one of those players who does everything on the floor. Offensively, she can initiate plays, be a spot up shooter, or slash to the goal. Alaiah is a good shooter who can stretch the floor as well. Defensively, Jarrell can pressure the ball and turn steals into scores. She is a very good all-around player.

[player_tooltip player_id='484983' first='Jaila' last='Marshall'] (5'9" | Northwood) - Marshall may be one of the most underrated seniors in the class. When she was at Huntington, Jaila handled a ton of responsibilities. She was a ball-handler, rebounder, and lead person on the press. Marshall has a high basketball IQ and plays like the smartest player on the floor. She sees things before they happen and knows how to make them happen. The Lady Falcons will only benefit from her overall game.

[player_tooltip player_id='484971' first='Arionna' last='Patterson'] (5'10" | Walker) - Patterson may be the hardest player to guard in Louisiana. Her game and her height are problems for defenses as she has shown all summer. Patterson can shoot from the perimeter, face up and drive, or post up. Her post up game is lethal. When Patterson gets position in the post, she has a virtual tool house of moves. Arionna can hold her own on defense as well. She is one of the best players in the Boot.

[player_tooltip player_id='484980' first='Savannah' last='Wilson'] (5'10" | Parkway) - Wilson is another player who can play various roles. She can bring the ball up, spot up from deep, or play in the post. When she has her offense going at multiple levels, Wilson is hard to stop. Savannah is a very good rebounder as well and does not mind mixing it up in the paint. Wilson has a wealth of experience and has a mature game to compliment it. She is as good as they get.

The versatility of this group can help any team on any of the collegiate levels. These seniors are players who deserve to be on the radar of various schools. They can be difference makers on the right campus.
