With the '26 rankings posting recently, this is a great time to further discuss the power forwards that are included in it. The rising seniors have been working hard from summer into the new school year. Although collectively the power forwards are versatile and suitably polished, these girls have separated themselves from the bunch. Below are the top 5 power forwards coming into the season from the 2026 class.

Caterina is coming in as the #1 player at the position due to the combination of size and mobility mixed with a dominate playstyle that can heavily impact the outcome of games. Ravosa is one of New England's best. Most of the regional schools are chomping at the bit to get her on their teams. She has the frame to handle all physical play down low and dexterity to comfortably exercise her skill as a stretch forward. The rebounding on both ends is exceptional. She uses her physique to get the best position for the ball under the hoop. Ravosa's defense is what's a bit underrated. She meets opponents driving through the lane before they're able to takeoff. Tip blocks and the ability to play vertically to disrupt shots make her a very solid defender. Overall, Caterina doesn't have too many holes in her game and that makes her one of the most reliable prospects in the entire region.

[player_tooltip player_id='364120' first='Molly' last='Sisson'] (2025) | 6'3 PF | Saint Andrew's

Molly has had one of the highest trajectories over the last year in all of New England. The ascending Sisson has made a name for herself with her highly competitive nature mixed with a perfected fluid game that packs a real punch. Sisson has a combination of an inside and perimeter game that can become overwhelming at times. The highly skilled power forward creates a lot of contact down low after getting into her post moves. The footwork makes it so other bigs guarding her would have a tough time keeping up with the counters she offers. She knocks down free throws and passes out of the post to find open teammates. Molly can also be adaptive while shifting her game to a more traditionally carved style when the time calls for. The rim running and strong screens allow her to remain active within any type of game. Defensively, Molly works well as a strongside or weakside shot blocker. She's also not afraid to switch to small players due to her lateral mobility. Sisson has recently received offers from Providence, Rider, Marist and Siena, with many more to come. This year should be an amazing season for her at Saint Andrew's after a stellar summer.

The 6'0 big is just a push at a button for a mismatch within the game. She is as strong as an ox and has a very soft touch for someone with such dominating power. Too nimble for centers to stay with in the open floor, but too much brute strength for a stretch forward to guard in a smaller lineup. The dynamic defense Brooke offers really separates her from others in the class. She is someone that can guard just about any style of post player, especially one of the better scoring bigs in the class. She moves her feet well and tracks blocks down. After a BNG block, opponents will think twice about attempting layups in the paint. Nunnally-Gardner is coming into the season in a lead role with Dexter Southfield with a ton on the table. Brooke is the #3 ranked player at the position.

[player_tooltip player_id='278583' first='Summer' last='Warren'] (2026) | 6'0 PF | Brooks

Summer is a high-level player that excels at rebounding, touch passing, 3-point shooting and creation underneath the 3-point. The versatile power forward brings different looks depending on how she is defended. Warren can heavily impact the game through each one of her essential attributes. She is player that steadily makes winning plays regardless how the game is played. Summer is a player that finds her groove naturally in the offense or creates something from timely defensive plays. Rarely are there plays where she is forcing a play to happen that is not there. Her under control nature make her an easy option to go to no matter the scenario. Defensively, Warren makes her mark in transition and playing outstanding team defense. She has exceptional court awareness with a superb team attitude that make her a top player in the class. Warren will be in a dominate role this year with Brooks.

Lauren comes in as the 5th ranked power forward in the class due to her heavy scoring outputs and flexibility at the position. Lauren is exceptionally skilled from under the 3-point line. She possesses almost guard like skills in her ability to create her own shot from anywhere 17 feet and under. Although 5'10 she loves to play with her back to the basket to create the perfect angle for a turnaround jump shot. Bousquet creates and makes some of the toughest shots in basketball. Fading away, opposite shoulder shots or just daggering pullups are what make her different from every other prospect in the class. She has a special talent making doughty shots. Bousquet has the speed plus the quickness to play on the perimeter when called for. On the other side of the ball, Lauren is a tenacious defender that will guard anyone in front of her head up. She loves to make plays on the ball to get out in transition for easy points. Last year she finished a championship and 1000 points as a sophomore!
