Winningham puts in WORK! She has supreme confidence, and a quick trigger. She's always hunting 3s in the half court or in transition. Hit 60 threes last season, but still has a lot of room for improvement from an efficiency standpoint. Puts energy in the ball with quick decision making. The ball doesn't stick in her hands. Is a high level three point shooter with a green light. Really tough in transition. Crafty finisher at the rim with either hand. Nice vision. When I watched her with [program_tooltip program_id='713260' first='ETA' last='Thunder'] '25 this summer, she'd made really nice strides as both a playmaker and defender. Defenses are aware that she's a shooter, and get "jumpy" guarding her. She's learning how to use deceptive head fakes and eyes on the rim to get defenders off balance and blow by. Made really nice strides as a shooter last season as the hit over 50 threes at 40%. Had a few really big night where she got hot, and stayed hot. Shot 46% from the field and averaged 13 points a game last season. Glasper is an above average rebounder for her position. High level on the ball defender. Really smooth ball handler that changes speeds and levels well. Operates the pick and roll well. Understands when to reject, when to use, and how the defenders are playing her. Because she can shoot it so well, it puts defenders in a tough spot and she knows how to exploit it. Craft passer with nice vision.
