Every college basketball prospect grows their game at a different pace. Some burst onto the scene at a very young age; others take time to gain coordination, grow taller and develop the level of skill that can make them successful at the next level. That's why we keep watching kids over the long haul. Now that players in the Class of 2025 are about to begin their senior season, we are still searching for emerging prospects and adding players to our Prep Girls Hoops Class of 2025 rankings. There were 10 fresh faces added this week during our fall update. Here are five newcomers of note.

#88 – Tamya is the highest-ranked newcomer on our 2025 list and the lone fresh face to crack the top 100. It took us only a few minutes to pick Dillard out of the crowd at the PGH Expo in September as her length, athleticism and instincts stood out immediately in 3x3 competition. By day's end, Dillard had landed herself a spot on the Expo All-Showcase team thanks to a well-developed set of skills and a laundry list of physical tools that includes size, length, speed, quickness and elevation. Tamya is also a great communicator who has a positive impact on everyone around her.

#111 – When Lehla arrived at Southwest High School in Minneapolis in the 9th grade, she was as green as grass. By the time she graduates next spring, Gaulden will be more than ready for success at the next level. The big power forward has grown her game in every aspect, evolving into a consistent scorer and prodigious rebounder who averaged a double-double last year for the Lakers. This summer with Diamond Elite she showed improvement week in and week out. Lehla can run the floor and has the size and strength to own her space down low. She's also a great leader and standout student.

#112 – Located northwest of Duluth, South Ridge High School in Culver isn't exactly a high-profile program. Thanks to the opportunities presented by AAU, however, Mercedes found her way onto our radar this summer. The big power forward has made plenty of noise in her own region – she was chosen MVP of the Polar Conference – and now appears ready to earn accolades on a bigger stage. At 6'1, with a sizeable frame and plenty of length, Lawrence is built for college basketball. She uses her size to be a disruptive presence defensively and can block and alter shots at a high level. She knows how to empoy her assets to gain position to out-rebound opponents and score at the rim.

#199 – Peyton could turn out to be a sleeper in the Class of 2025. The late-blooming forward from Lake City is an outstanding athlete who has earned accolades in track and cross country. When we've watched, Meincke has demonstrated that she has the potential to do the same on the basketball court. Peyton has nice length and mobility that she uses well to defend multiple positions. She has also improved her offensive skills significantly and can now effectively attack the basket off the dribble and finish through contact. Her shooting has come a long way, too.

#200 – The big forward does her work about 45 minutes west of Duluth. Although she was hampered by an ankle injury, Anderson showed us enough in AAU competition to make it clear she has the potential to do well in college basketball. She's not super tall but has a solid build and the kind of strength that is particularly valuable at the next level. Isabella is blue-collar warrior, the variety of hard-nosed competitor who rebounds with gusto and fights for every ball. Anderson's work ethic is unquestioned and she can score the basketball both inside and out. Look for a big winter from Anderson.

Click here to access the complete Prep Girls Hoops Class of 2025 rankings.
