She is very efficient around the rim by taking good shots that are within her range. Jaden will have multiple roles for her squad such as one of the primary ball handlers and probably the best perimeter shooter. Venell has a nice shooting touch that extends well beyond the three-point line. She doesn't need much time to get it off.
