Today, we start our preseason wave of rankings updates, beginning with the 2025 class. We'll work our way through and finish up with the 2028 Watch List. Let's start with the Top Ten and Next Ten articles for the class of 2025.

[player_tooltip player_id='329589' first='Madison' last='Fitzgibbon']

The North Shore Conference POY in her first season, Fitzgibbon has been a prominent figure for the Highlanders since she stepped foot on campus as a newcomer in 2021. The 5'7 guard could end her career with 2000 points at Homestead and has been a part of three conference champions after the program's lengthy drought from being at the top of the North Shore. The guard from Homestead will continue her athletic career down the road at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

[player_tooltip player_id='448245' first='Raegan' last='Krueger']

The Kimberly post a multi-faceted offensive threat. The 6'1 post has an inside game where she can get to her left shoulder and score over anyone but has enough of a shooting touch to space the floor past the three-point line. Krueger has been a productive kid since she stepped on campus and will head into her senior as one of the state's top post players. Krueger will continue her athletic career at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, along with fellow Wisconsinites Lilly Radcliffe (Melrose-Mindoro), Brynn Olson (Rice Lake), Helen Chen (Menomonie), Claire Bjorge (De Pere), and fellow 2025 grad [player_tooltip player_id='448322' first='Torie' last='Neubauer'].

[player_tooltip player_id='844275' first='Princess' last='Nwachukwu']

The Madison native is one of the most significant risers in her class. She's gotten in a rhythm on the defensive end at Vel Phillips Memorial and has been among the best paint defenders in the state. She's a physical kid who can battle with anyone around the basket. Nwachukwu is one of the top rebounders in Wisconsin on both ends of the floor and will be a productive piece for any school she attends.

[player_tooltip player_id='329591' first='Jade' last='Warren']

I firmly believe Warren is among the top athletes I've seen in Wisconsin. The Menomonee Falls native is a kid who could be good at a sport you'd invent today. Watching her make plays in person is one of the most entertaining things I've ever seen. Some of the stuff she can do words can't do justice for. She has all the tools to be a scholarship-level athlete and be a game-changer at the next level. As of right now, Warren hasn't announced her plans after her senior season yet.

[player_tooltip player_id='448223' first='Anna' last='Terrian']

I haven't seen anyone play with better instincts than [player_tooltip player_id='448223' first='Anna' last='Terrian']. Her ability to read games multiple seconds ahead allows her to be the best at taking charges in the state and among one of the most intelligent players on both ends. Terrian has excellent timing when doubling the post, making quick reads on the wing, and timing up rebounds. Anna may not always light up box scores, but she's the kind of player coaches adore having. In a world where she outperforms expectations at Michigan State, I wouldn't be shocked.

[player_tooltip player_id='374234' first='Olivia' last='Olson']

Another riser in this class is Cuba City guard [player_tooltip player_id='374234' first='Olivia' last='Olson']. The 5'7 guard led the Cubans to the brink of a state title last season and has been a standout in Southwest Wisconsin the past three seasons. Her ability to orchestrate an offense, dig in and defend on the perimeter, and find ways to score the ball efficiently have been in her game over the past three seasons. Olson is recovering from a knee injury in April and hopefully will return later in the season and lead the Cubans to one final deep postseason run in D4. After graduating, Olson will head east towards Lake Michigan and join [player_tooltip player_id='329589' first='Madison' last='Fitzgibbon'] at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

[player_tooltip player_id='448322' first='Torie' last='Neubauer']

One of two Appleton East players rounding this out is 6'0 wing and the final member of the 2022 State Runner-Ups to play in that title game against Kettle Moraine, [player_tooltip player_id='448322' first='Torie' last='Neubauer']. The Appleton native is a do-it-all wing who's been a post-player in her playing years as a Patriot. Neubauer can rebound in traffic, space the floor, defend multiple positions, and cut well. Neubauer will join Krueger and previously mentioned Wisconsinnites at the Univerity of Minnesota-Duluth.

[player_tooltip player_id='338952' first='Karinna' last='Trotter']

The DSHA Wing/Post is a versatile kid who's mainly played on the perimeter and has shown flashes of skill on the perimeter. The physical tools are there for Trotter to excel at the next level. She's a tough-minded kid with a diverse skillset, can rebound the ball, play with physicality, and space the floor. The Dasher hasn't announced any plans after graduating yet.

[player_tooltip player_id='338969' first='Lilly' last='Meulemans']

An athletic guard from Appleton East, Meulemans, has been through a lot in high school. She didn't play her first season much due to the talent in the program that season and missed most of her sophomore season due to a knee injury. Last season, she exploded onto the scene early and was one of the top guards in the first half of the season. Her speed and athleticism are next level, and her skillset is catching up. Meuelemans will graduate and attend Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota, and join fellow Wisconsinites Audrey Norville (St. Mary Catholic) and Emily Cooper (McDonell Central Catholic).

[player_tooltip player_id='767273' first='Eva' last='Brooks']

The breakout of the 2024 Wisconsin State Tournament, Brooks had an excellent Spring AAU season. The Lena native continued to block shots, score at the rim, and space the floor. She was everywhere on the floor, and regional D2 programs took notice. Brooks is also one of the better rebounders in her class and could find early minutes at the next level, depending on how her preseason goes next year. Brooks will attend Winona State University after graduating and join fellow Wisconsin natives Natalie Meaux (Franklin), Sadie Jarmolowicz (Freedom), Megan Schuman (Brillion), and Emma Kilpatrick (Kimberly).
