For many Juniors this is their last time to prove they can play at the next level. These Juniors have already found success in their roles as sophomores and look to continue that trend into the 24-25 season. Here's who I'll be looking out for.

Mater Dei has notoriously been an OC power house. Last season was no different. The monarchs finished first in the Trinity league with a perfect 7-0 record. The team only loses three seniors and will look to young talent like Wynn to break out this year. The 6'1 junior is tough to guard. Her height makes her a forward but her ability to shoot the ball from anywhere on the floor makes her incredibly difficult to scout. She will be a key part of Mater Dei's success this year.

Sage Hill is another team that is no stranger to success. They finished with a perfect 6-0 in the Pacific Coast league. They had two impressive wins over Bishop Montgomery and Ontario Christian. Cuff's biggest strengths are her ability to protect near the rim and to bring down rebounds. These two things will play a major role in the success of the Lightning this season.

The Tritons finished second in the Pacific Coast league last year. Tremper will lean into a leadership role this year. She follow up a strong sophomore year, earning first team all league for her performance in the paint. She's joined by two talented transfers this year. San Clemente will be the team to be this year

Fausett averaged 3 points and an important 5 rebounds per game in her sophomore season. The Dolphins finished a perfect 9-0 in the Sea View league. They graduate half of their roster so the younger talent like Fausett will be key to continued success for Dana Hills.

Roczey found success all over the floor as a sophomore. She averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and an impressive 4 steals per game. She already notches 2 All-CIF and league MVP titles. She has length like a forward but can get downhill to finish and shoot the outside shot, making her incredibly difficult to guard.
