PGHNJ's Expo saw sixty girls representing the Classes of 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 come together under one roof in Wayne, NJ to compete in 3×3 and 5×5 events on Saturday. From future D1 prospects, to D2, D3 and even NAIA and JUCO level prospects, this event had a little bit of everything! The competition and atmosphere was incredible! Here is what I saw from Team 4:

[player_tooltip player_id='635514' first='Imani' last='Mullings'] | #315

An absolute floor general, Imani was electric in the open court! She directed traffic and executed in the half-court set, always ready, willing and able to run plays and be a leader. Her floater in the lane was both effective and smooth! When she turned on the jets igniting the fast break, there was no catching her. She played seasoned basketball and was one of the best on the day.

[player_tooltip player_id='686429' first='Cassidy' last='Moore'] | #650

Cass brought her A game and was clicking on all cylinders! She was hot from just about everywhere, burying deep 3's in quick succession, dazzling with pretty step-back middys and slashing to the rim with total command. She was the events' leading scorer who really turned a lot of heads with her efficiency and phenomenal game. On both sides of the ball, she was committed and laser-focused. This version of Cassidy is a totally different version of anything I've seen the past three years. She is an absolute baller!

[player_tooltip player_id='414294' first='Giselle' last='Davis'] | #814

She brought quickness and toughness to Team 4! Very versatile and lengthy wing who put her head down and went to work! The best part of her game was the way she stuck with plays and never gave up, even when she missed a shot! Several times she chased down her own rebound and converted for second chance scoring. She GOT UP for rebounds, out-leaping players taller than her! She approached the day with a never-give-up attitude and it paid dividends!

Payton Lewis | #824

My first look at Payton's game left me quite impressed. Her ability to sink step-back 3's again and again proved that she is absolutely one you cannot leave open! If you don't close in on her, she is sure to make you pay... and that's exactly what she did in a matchup against Team 3. She was productive in her minutes on the court and just as good on the bench, encouraging her teammates and displaying excellent body language and team spirit.

Malice Blackwell | #835

She came over from Pennsylvania to show out in Jersey! She was confident running the point and even better sliding over and sinking shots from the 2 position. With a low, tight dribble, she kept her head up and maneuvered through traffic, setting up teammates to get off good shots around the floor. Pass-first mentality with a great understanding of spacing and finding gaps in the defense. This was my first time ever seeing Malice play and I was left wanting more! She was sooo good!

[player_tooltip player_id='959820' first='Rowan' last='Shapiro'] | #855

A ball of energy! She was vocal all day long, calling for the ball and sinking shot after shot! She ran the floor hard and finished efficiently at the left side of the hoop. Her energy was contagious and tough for opponents to keep up with. She ran circles around defenders and got to her spots around the arc, draining 3's from the corners. She should be extremely proud of the way she competed!

[player_tooltip player_id='835821' first='Sarae' last='Croley-Battle'] | #916

I found myself saying, "she's really good" as I watched her play. Her size and mobility was problematic for defenders who quite simply could not keep up. She drained multiple 3's, danced around defenders with a very effective Euro and showed off an impressive face-up game. She's an absolute PROBLEM, it's that simple. Buy stock in her now because this is a D1 lock, in my opinion. One of the very best players at The Expo.

[player_tooltip player_id='644586' first='Mara' last='McHugh'] | #961

At nearly 6'0" tall, she simply shot over defenders who tried their best to contain her. She came equipped with floaters in the lane and knockdown shooting from 18-22 feet. She rebounded well from the guard spot and used her length to lock down the paint. Versatile defender who could hang with the bigs and stretch out to the perimeter to guard shooters.
