I'm surprised that this one of the first times I have seen [player_tooltip player_id='1057729' first='Jovi' last='Evans'] compete on the Varsity floor because of how solid she is as an overall prospect. Evans holds her own. She is the head of her Mid-Prairie Team's system on both sides of the floor and that makes sense because she works ridiculously hard. She is always one of the first on the floor going for a ball or diving into the stands. That effort not only speaks about her as a prospect on the hardwood but about her overall character as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1057737' first='Bailey' last='Mullihan'] of Denver High School stepped onto the Varsity floor as a Sophomore last Winter and helped out her team in multiple ways. She shot the ball a little from all over, she played impactful defense in the paint, and she showed off her skills by example, each and every night. I think Mullihan's role is going to be upgraded this Winter. She showed promise last time around but now it's about time that she played with more confidence. Everyone on her team has her back, so now she just has to go out there and make it happen.

From the small glimpses of [player_tooltip player_id='842585' first='Quinnlyn' last='Schultz'] that I have seen, she is a player that has a great pump-fake from three, who isn't afraid to get into the lane and take some contact while attacking the rim. Her game is interesting as she does a great job of playing with different speeds and through her emotions in a reserved sense. She never lets it get the best of her but she also isn't afraid to be vocal and let everyone know what's up. This season for AP, Schultz is going to be someone they need to be a positive force, both on the floor and bench. She brings good energy which is usually contagious so I'm expecting her to put together one of the better seasons of her high school career.

We have covered Norwalk over the past few weeks specifically, talking about their assets coming into this season and how they could really put together a special run. Another prospect for them that we haven't spoken about in this mix yet is SG - [player_tooltip player_id='1057739' first='Avery' last='Thomas']. Thomas stands out as someone with high energy on defense, she has a thorough shooting ability off of the catch, and she makes smart choices with the ball. Knowing how many top recruits this team has currently. while also knowing who they have incoming as Freshman makes me believe that Thomas will get on the floor because of her defense. If she can lock in there and really push the tempo, everyone around her will follow suit. If they do that, they are going to be top team in their Class all Winter long.

[player_tooltip player_id='1057746' first='Lauren' last='McClimon'] of Wahlert Catholic is going to be a Senior leader on her Varsity team, that everyone can look to for advice or to lead by example. McClimon is a multi-sport athlete, that thrives in the aspects of athletic ability, endurance, mental awareness, and adaptability. She also possesses quick feet and active hands to help her EAT on the defensive side of the floor against her slower matchups. This WC team always competes and I expect nothing less this Winter. They work hard in the offseason to work on their system and that always pays off in someway for them at the end of the day.
