A dynamic swiss-army knife, you'll see Bella exercise her will in various ways. She can organize the offense and create with the dribble drive, she knocks down 3s and will make plays for others when the defense collapses. Moreover, she's intuitive off the ball as a cutter and spot-up shooter, diversifying her game nicely. Defensively she's someone who covers 2-4 well and can switch onto most anyone for a possession. Efficient and in control on both ends.

There's no denying Audrey's hawkish defensive impact. Rupp picks up fullcourt, makes PGs work for every inch and disrupts offenses with tipped passes, forced TOs and her sheer will to make everything difficult. Offensively, she's a tough slasher with quickness, knowing well how to puncture the second layer and create. There's no doubt she's sharpened her shooting over the summer too, so I expect her offensive impact to expand.

I have Cassidy down as THE deadeye shooter in VT. Kittredge's spot-up shooting is highly efficient whether she's spacing around the arc or stepping into a 15-footer. Moreover, she has the IQ to slip backdoor and exploit over-zealous defenses. One to keep the ball moving, she's a sound passer who keeps the defense on their heels. Defensively, her length is incredibly bothersome as she frustrates perimeter players with her ability to contest and recover. An x-factor for the runners up last year.

[player_tooltip player_id='645688' first='Peyton' last='Guay'], 5'9 G - West Rutland School

A dominant force in D4 since she stepped foot on the court, Guay is looking to run up her scoring total over 2,000 and add a 4th trophy to her collection. Her 3-ball is locked in, she's a bull in the paint, and she gets to her spots in myriad ways. She can create looks off the bounce, she'll cut defenders up with her heady cutting and knows well how to use screens. Plus, she's a dimer who'll make opponents pay. A rugged defender who rotates sharply and anticipates well, Peyton's impact is far and wide.

Izzy is the modern 4. Cole's ability to get physical around the rim, contest shots, and rebound makes the interior secure. Then offensively, she's an intuitive player who pulls 4s out onto the arc with her efficient 3pt shooting. Yet she's aware too, able to take advantage of defenders who play too tight to her hip, and she'll curl screens or go backdoor for second layer finishes. An x-factor for last year's D2 Champs.
