STA"s schedule was packed with difficulty a season ago, including a meeting with the #1 team in America, LuHi. STA may have gone on to lose that game by a wide margin, but Gi truly shined bright, pouring in 21 points (half her team's total) against a team loaded with P5 prospects and Olympians. She also torched out-of-state powers Neumann Goretti (PA) and Notre Dame (NY), going off for 26 point and 22 points, respectively. It's an arduous task to slow her down! She enters Year 4 just 87 points away from 1,000.

Jada's a DOG, plain and simple! Already with 795 points to her name going into her junior season, she sure knows a thing or two about putting the ball through the hoop at a torrid pace! There was no shortage of powerhouse opponents on St. Rose's schedule, playing nearly every team ranked in the Top in the State at some point. She opened the season with 17 points against South Jersey menace Paul VI, poured in 23 against juggernaut Albertus Magnus (NY), chipped in 12 points against nationally ranked Morris Catholic (NJ), tallied 35 points combined in two meetings with Shore terror Manasquan and notched a career-high 30 points against perennial power St. John Vianney! Just 205 points away from 1,000 for her career, look for her to reach the monumental milestone in January!

Z was one of only a handful of players across the State to total 500 points last season; 537 to be exact! She put the Lady Rams on her back and pushed them to big wins over quality opponents. She put up 23 points against eventual Group 4 State Champ Lenape, 21 against Agnes Irwin (PA) and a career-best 34 points in a big Tri-County victory over foe Wildwood. She continues to elevate her game and make life tough for defenders as the seasons pass. Now in Year 3, she'll look to join the 1,000 Point Club, sitting just 121 points away from the milestone!

With one of the highest scoring averages in the State, Rhaiyna burst onto the scene as a freshman and commanded the floor every single night! She recorded six 30-point performances, including a season-high 36 against Piscataway Magnet in January. She was one of the best 3-pointers in the State, sinking almost 3 per game for a total of 71 on the season. Twice, she knocked down SIX triples (against Dunellen and Wardlaw-Hartridge). Look for Rhaiyna to reach 1,000 career points in her sophomore campaign!

What sets Mia apart from so many other prolific scorers in NJ is the fact that she's GOING OFF night after night against nationally ranked teams. She put up 23 points against Mallard Creek (NC), 22 against Pickerington Central (OH) and 19 against North Pitt (NC) at the prestigious John Wall Invitational in December. Fast forward to January and she was putting up 30 points against West Coast power Mater Dei (CA) and 23 against juggernaut Bethany (OK). She tallied 28 big ones against perennial power DME Academy (FL) and in the only loss of the season [to LuHi (NY)], tallied a team-best 20 points. One of the best guards you'll find anywhere in the country, Mia enters Year 4 with her sights set on eclipsing 300 careers 3's and 2,000 points before heading off to Tennessee in the Fall.

The future Husky had a breakout junior year, showing up in a major way against tough competition. She had impressive showings against New York State opponents Metropolitan, St. Mary's (Manhasset) & St. Joseph By The Sea, putting up 16, 17 and 32 points, respectively. She notched a career-high 33 points in a mid-January contest vs Watchung Hills. Gandy is a terror in the post and does a tremendous job fighting through double & triple teams to impose her will and get baskets for GSB. With UConn on the horizon, expect a big year from the senior!
