Winnetonka Tournament 2026 Standouts

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a group of Class of 2026 players that caught our eye from watching the action at the Winnetonka Tournament via the Magical Stream Machine. A 5'9" point guard who helped lead the Titans to a tournament championship. She plays with tremendous pace as she was always looking to push the ball, but she was rarely ever out of control. She saw the floor well and advanced the ball to open teammates with passes that were on the money. She is also a capable bucket-getter with a nice step-back off the dribble. She also used her size to post up smaller guards. The 6'0" guard is one of the most versatile players in the state with her height and skill set on the perimeter. She can create space to knock down jumpers off the dribble and she can also hit 3-pointers off the catch. She was also using her size to go inside and take advantage of mismatches in the post. She is also a good facilitator who makes her teammates better with her passing and floor leadership. The 2026 guard scored a game-high 18 points in a win over Lee's Summit in the game that I watched. She is a solid all-around player who helps her team in a variety of ways. She was very effective around the basket as she could post up or also get a bucket on the roll down. She could also step out and hit a 3-pointer. She did a good job of handling and passing the ball. A 6'1" forward who is an excellent athlete who runs the court about as easily as any post player that I've seen. She really excels as a rebounder and shot blocker where she uses her reach and activity to her advantage. A 5'9" guard who has good athleticism and an endless supply of energy. She makes numerous plays on the court with her sheer hustle and strong motor. She gets to loose balls and offensive rebounds on a regular basis. She is a slashing threat who is very good when she gets two feet into the lane on the drive. She can score and make plays without having plays run for her because of her activity. A 5'11" forward who looked just as comfortable on the perimeter as she did inside. She was handling the ball well and she made some good decisions with her passing. She played with an active motor and she moved her feet well on the defensive end. She can be a very effective all-purpose player who can help her team in a variety of ways.
