2028 Rankings First Look – Future Stars

She has good size and uses her body well to create excellent positioning near the basket. She has a nice touch and good footwork, which results in her being a very effective scorer. I like how she plays in the pick and roll and does a nice job of catching passes going to the rim. She is averaging 5.1 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per game. She is an excellent free throw shooter, shooting 82.4% from the line. She is very long and lengthy for a guard and is able to run up and down the floor with ease. Her length adds size and anticipation to Shanley's defense. I like how she is a steady player, not trying to do too much. She is currently third in scoring on her Davies squad at 5.7 points per game. She is extremely athletic, utilizing a quick first step on her drives to the basket. She has great body control on her drives, often times using a sweet Euro-step to get around secondary defenders. She has a nice looking shot and competes hard out on the floor. In my opinion, [program_tooltip program_id='712656' first='Mandan' last=''] is one of the few teams in the state that can compete for a state title, and having great players off the bench is a reason why. AnnaClaire is a true 6'2 and is a very good defender and finisher. She runs the floor well, sucking in the defense for easy transition buckets or rim run buckets for herself. Already known for her outstanding volleyball play, she will soon make a splash on the basketball scene. She runs and jumps as good as anyone in the state and has a terrific looking jump-shot. Brynlie is one of those players that doesn't know how good she can be. I think she has the potential to be an outstanding high school player. She has the frame to be an elite defender and the quickness to get by opponents on the offensive side of the floor. I like her vision, particularly when she is pitching the ball ahead in transition.
