Samaan-Molinero out of Hillsborough is putting together an impressive freshman campaign that's turning heads. She's excelling across the stat sheet, showing off her versatility and high basketball IQ. Averaging a high amount of points per game, she's also a force on defense, grabbing aggressive boards and averaging multiple steals per game. In the last two months, she's had two standout performances with over 20 points and a few games where she recorded 5+ steals, showcasing her ability to dominate on both ends of the court. Whether it's scoring, facilitating, or disrupting opponents, Samaan-Molinero is everywhere on the court, setting the tone for what promises to be an outstanding career.     Crutcher is making waves in the Central Coast as one of the top free throw converters, showcasing maturity and poise beyond her years. Averaging an impressive 17.7 points per game as a freshman, she's fearless in attacking the paint, consistently drawing tough fouls and converting at the line—a skill many young players struggle to master. Crutcher has already knocked down 51 free throws this season, paired with an impressive 29 three-pointers, proving she's a scoring threat both inside and beyond the arc. Her ability to finish tough shots and her aggressive, versatile scoring approach have many believing she's just scratching the surface of her potential.     Whitmeyer leads the Central Coast in points per 32 minutes, proving her scoring is both efficient and essential to her team's impressive 12-2 record. She kicked off the season with a commanding 25-point performance, sinking 14 field goals, including five from beyond the arc. Since then, she's delivered three more 20+ point games, including a standout pre-holiday game where she drained seven three-pointers. Her long-range shooting is exceptional, and she continues to show confidence from deep as the season progresses. Beyond scoring, Whitmeyer excels defensively, with multiple games of multi-steal performances. Her ability to efficiently score while forcing turnovers makes her one of the few underclassmen who can impact the game so decisively on both ends of the court.     The Crystal Springs Uplands freshman class is becoming a dominant force in the section, now supported by Louie, a scoring threat alongside her standout teammate. Louie is averaging impressive points per game while also racking up steals at an exceptional rate. Her ability to disrupt opponents' possessions and convert those turnovers into fast-paced transition baskets is a key factor in her team's success. This high-energy, fast-paced style of play has led to multiple wins, with Louie playing a pivotal role in keeping the momentum alive on both ends of the court.     Kohavi has been a key contributor to her team's success, consistently delivering double-digit scoring performances that have translated into victories. As a multisport athlete, she's showcasing her athleticism and adaptability to the fast pace of high school athletics. Kohavi's ability to shoot from behind the arc is evident, with several games featuring 2 or more three-pointers. Adding to her offensive impact, she's also making defensive plays, recording multiple steals in several matchups.
