<p class="text-gray-700">This past week, Anitielu averaged 19.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 4.0 steals for the Scorpions who went undefeated (2-0).</p>

<p>The junior shooting-guard was scoring the ball at multiple levels, ultimately finishing as the leading scorer for Farmington in both games. The 5'8" Anitielu put up 17 points vs Aztec and 22 points at Tohatchi, respectively.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">During Week 7, the Wildcats went 2-0 and were led by [player_tooltip player_id='648207' first='Ashelynn' last='Borunda'], a junior shooting-guard who scored 19.5 points per game. </p>

<p>Borunda tallied 16 points for Lovington, who defeated Gadsden 61-30 on Jan 7. </p>

<p>Two days later, Lovington held on to defeat Tatum 62-57. In that game, Borunda had 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. </p>
