AAU Team Preview: Cal Storm 16U EYBL

She set her mark this past season with a 1st team all league performance + broke the single season 3PM record for Valencia. Kamilla is a pure lefty scorer that can get it done from well beyond the arc. Comfortable knocking down off the catch, or bounce. Shifty off the bounce + will stop and pop short jumper or attack the rim through contact. Has the ability to score in bunches. Standing at least 6 foot, she runs the floor with purpose and rebounds everything. Rebounds under control to find outlet or start the break herself. Showed a solid back to the basket game, a nice spin move, and consistent touch around the rim this past HS season. Averaged a double/double this past HS season ( 14ppg 10 Reb). Big time athlete, with a big motor + a nice touch around the rim. Rim runs correctly and can put the ball on the floor and attack in transition. REBOUNDS EVERYTHING. Super high ceiling prospect. Solid shooter with a quick enough release off the catch. Can and will hit multiple from behind the arc if not acknowledged as a shooter. Jill has shown a SUPER QUICK release off the catch and the comfortability and confidence to knockdown off the bounce.
